Good burgers, but small choices. Gripe not with the food. My order came out wrong (just wanted something held off), no big deal. They rolled their eyes, and acted annoyed. Never apologized. When they fixed it, it somehow went from a 2 patty to 1 patty burger. I didn't go complain because they were rude the first time. Even when I got the second one the staff never was acting sorry etc, was very off putting. Burgers are good, but they are burgers, can get them elsewhere.

I drove special downtown to try a burger and was told they weren't taking orders for 20 minutes. This was during lunch hour. Very disappointed.

Heff’s is my favorite burger on earth. The fries are also amazing and always piping hot/perfectly seasoned. The service is good and the food comes quickly. I LOVE this place.

I live down the street and have probably eaten here 40 times…This place was AMAZING at first…The past few months haven’t gone so well. Various issues but the one that kills is RAW BURGERS…… I came twice last week for to go for work- 3 raw burgers over a two day period, orders not correct.Y'all got like 8 things on the menu- can ya get those right???First impressions were definitely the best part of this place.
It started off with the door closed and no door handle so I couldn't even get inside easily! Someone did come open the door for us and there was a door stop to keep it propped -- even though it was 20 degrees outside!!Waited about 15 minutes for my order of a single burger and fries and was given a burger with white sandwich bread for a bun. It was not communicated they ran out of buns. I also overheard the staff mention to someone else they were out of a specific burger. I noticed it seemed to be one cook in the back, and thankfully I had the time to wait. I will say the fatty patty burger and fixins were very good and the fries were well seasoned and hot n crispy.

The staff was wonderful, everything is made to order, the food is fresh. I am visiting with my fiancé from out of town. I needed something for dinner and this was nearby and caught my attention. The burger was delicious and would go back for that, but the fries were not the best. They seemed a bit soggy. The seasoning did taste good though. I would still go back as one mistake does not destroy a good atmosphere.

Naah mane, I'm not feeling the "smash-burger" thing in general, but here it's just boring! And they didn't even let me customize my burger! If I were alone I would have opted out before I ordered but I was with a few folks that just wanted food. They were satisfied but I was disappointed. I won't go back unless it's under duress

Finally we found us a smash burger joint! Jeff’s Burger Club was amazing last night. I got the lady killer and my husband got the piggy wiggy. Our burgers was the best we had in town. Crispy edges, juicy and fulfilling. I felt bad I had called and complained because I didn’t get a double burger it was a single. But it was perfect. They had great customer services and made sure they resolved the problem and that I was happy. My family and I done found us a new spot.
