Just okay. I tried this for the first time today and ordered the lunch special, General Tso Chicken with white rice and spring roll instead of the pork roll. I also tried the crab rangoons. The crab rangoon had no crab meat in it, they all just had cream cheese mix but no meat. The sauce with the rangoons also tasted like soap. The chicken did have some spice and it was good but it is fried little chunks of maybe some chicken under the thick breading. This I may be a little more picky on because my favorite place serves real chicken without breading. It was okay, I don't think I would go back.

I have been ordering takeout from Hong Kong for years and they truly are the best in the area. It is true that we can all get Chinese takeout anywhere. The options are really everywhere and I have been of the opinion that none of it is really bad... I could be wrong about that, but I do like Chinese food. That being said, Hong Kong Chinese is really, genuinely better than most of the others. I cannot pinpoint why so I assume it is either the cook or the ingredients. The staff is a family and they have always been nice. I've seen their young son grow from a baby to a boy and he is often there in the evening while his parents run the shop. Nice kid that likes to interact with people. As far as the food, their General Tsos is very good if you like that sort of thing. One of my mainstays is the Singapore mai fun. They also have green, red, and yellow Thai curry that is all pretty considering this is not a Thai restaurant. So basically, unless I'm off my rocker (quite possible) this place should please anyone with a functional tastebud... unless you go there for burgers. In that case you would be disappointed.
This take out was probably open between 6 months to a year, when we started going there. Tried other Chinese takeouts but, to us, Hong Kong was always better. Great food, great prices and good quantity. The owners have always been pleasant to us.

The young boy automatically said it wasn't his hair and then said “don't be that type of person.†I didn't come at them rude or anything, I was very nice, but I feel like this young man was rude
