I thought the service was great even though they were busy and understaffed. The food was ok. I liked the Mexican corn cheese appetizer and the wings were great. But, the roast beef sandwich, which I expected to be great since it’s one of the signature dishes, was terrible. I only took a few bites of it. The roast beef was off or something.

Hungry Palate Bar & Grill has definitely earned a spot in the lunch rotation. The menu has something for everyone from heavy plates to salads. It's easy choice when you are looking for a reliable, tasty lunch! Also, not a Bills fan… but after a few more lunches here, that could change. 😄

My wife is a HUGE Buffalo Bills fan and this place is a Bills backer location. The server was great, the food was pretty good. The parking wasn't great, I mean it's down town so we had to park and walk so there's that fun with what seemed like a lot of pan handlers, and the constant smell of weed, which seems to be a common thing in cities in Virginia. This isn't the restaraunts fault but it is part of our experience. I'm not sure I would have felt safe...
