We got a pick up order for this morning and first when I get there to pick up the food the girl that "helped" me had a horrible attitude. I asked if there was butter and syrup in the bag and she snapped that there was syrup. So i asked her to please get butter and she got 1 which she tossed in my bag and said"have a nice day" in the most hateful way! Then they gave me a plastic cup with hardly no whipped cream for the kids pancake, Belgium waffle tasted terrible, food was cold... Terrible experience!!!

Really slow service, sub par food, and a dirty rundown atmosphere. The place is clearly understaffed and the staff they do have no longer care. Just spend the gas money and go to the one in Clemmons.

If I could give zero stars I would! We were seated immediately. Our order was taken. We waited almost 45 mins and still had not received food. The workers were walking around doing nothing and there was no smell of food or anything to indicate that they were going to be served any time soon. Everyone that had sat there got up and left because no food came out. Cassandra was very nice and was doing most if not all of the work in that restaurant. No one was working otherwise.

I asked for more of the lemon ricotta for my French toast. The waitress brought me more of the blueberry sauce instead. It had that weird tingling like a fruit starting to ferment.It's offensive to spend about $60 for 4 people to eat and get poor service. Won't return to that location.

“24 Hours” yet they turn customers away at 4:45 am because they’re “cleaning” and say they can feed us at 6:30 when there were other people ordering. They only considered seating us after knowing we were 7 people otherwise if we were a small table i’m sure the kitchen would’ve been clean. Just a waste of time.

went in with just me and my wife and asked for a table was told the wait would be 30 min to a hour because they were doing dishes… we said thanks but no thanks and turned around. then a group of 4 walks in after us and asked for a table and is immediately sat. disrespectful and unfair staff will never be returning.

We were completely ignored when they sat us down at a table. We had to flag down a waitress. We asked if we could go ahead and place our order and she looked completely confused and only wanted to get us drinks. I then find out that they stop serving crepes at lunch. They were also out of strawberry tea. I got the wrong side with my order. The waitress then leaves the building and we were again without a server. Tables all around us were complaining about wrong food and slow service. We walk to the front to pay because we gave up on someone coming to our table to take the payment. We then have to stand there for a long time as she has to get cash in the back. She did not tell us this so we didn’t even know if we had just been robbed. Someone else asks us what we are waiting for and we explain. The other lady eventually comes back and says “I heard you were up here fussing!” I then calmly explained that we had only told her that we were waiting on our change but we weren’t exactly sure what happened. I will never set food in this badly run place again. Also, a lot of the tables and chairs were broken.

My waitress was very nice but the food was horrible the cooks and other staff in the kitchen was loud took forever to get my food to come an management was just as loud no respect for there customers and the store poor leadership they need new staff and management in this

I have not dined in at this location so I put it at a 4 (but apparently it can get very bad). I ordered off DoorDash before and they got my order completely wrong, so I reordered and thought nothing of it. I order again tonight, and I get a cheesesteak (from their mini-spot called Pardon My Cheesesteak) and I get basically no chicken on it. The cheese slices were barely melted and it was just some processed American slice with a cold provolone slice. The loaded fries had the same issue with the cheese but they actually had meat. Genuinely the fries had 5 times the meat as the cheesesteak and I’m not over exaggerating one bit. I don’t get how the cook could really send me that order and be perfectly fine with it on multiple occasions. I quite literally pulled up the cheese because I couldn’t believe how little chicken was on there.

I'm surprised they are still opened,shut it down!! food was okay but it was too quiet,could hear everything it was also basically empty ,no background music playing,not very welcoming ,floor was dirty and table sticky , and yes they had a heater in the corner ,wouldn't go
