Great little brew-pub. Located next door to Cugino Forno pizza in the power plant, downtown W-S. Great selection of draught beers. Indoor/outdoor seating. Great place, but too loud when they have bands. The staff is great. Had the schwarzbier and the hefe weissbier and both were awesome.
I drank their shade of lies stout on my first anniversary and ever since it tastes like my anniversary. I have never had a beer from incendiary I didn't like they have never let me down. I don't even bother getting a sample since even their crappy beers are elite. Whoever is making their beer recipes is on par with treehouse brewing, whoever you are brewing these beers know you're just as good as the elites. It won't be long before Incendiary becomes one of...
This place is great brewery and will always do well as it is high traffic relaxing space.
