The quality of the edible cake pictures I received were excellent, I did order extra protective packaging , expedited delivery and selected to have them pre cut as this was my first time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having the EXTRA SERVICES. It will save you a lot of time and make things easier. My item arrived quickly and intact. I had to google how to care for the pictures until ready to use for my event so my feedback for the company would be to include care instructions for the edible cake pictures wafer and sugar layer. If I could give a negative star I would. So we purchased ink a while back and it was dry. We called customer service and they replaced the ink. The new ink didnt print we did all the maintenance test. and the ink didnt work they were dry as well. We called customer service again. I explained that I don't want a replacement ink i want my money back and we will send the ink back. The nice customer service guy said once we get the ink back we will process your refund. Its been a while with no refund. My daughter called this young man to see the status of our refund. He stated he had spoken with the owner and the owner states he does not want to give us a refund because we left a negative review prior. So they kept our money and received their products back. I would not recommend this company at all.
