We visited Irie Plates for the first time today. We ordered the Jerk Chicken pasta and the Jerk chicken plate with a side of plantains and everything was so delicious! Large portions. I ordered ahead of time on their website which was easy to use and picked up my food within 20 minutes. Food was hot and ready to go when I arrived. We will make this one of our usual go to spots. I tried the Curry Goat and Oxtails, and they did not disappoint. They were packed with flavor, fall off the bone tender and cooked to perfection. The best Curry Goat and Oxtail I’ve had at a restaurant in Winston Salem thus far.
It was a wonderful experience at Irie Plates. I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas and sweet plantains. The gentlemen who took our order was very kind and polite. 10/10 service and the music will make you feel like you’re at the beach.
