I've ordered both online (for delivery) and in person. Both times the food was delicious, and plenty to eat. I am so happy that the Jade Express has come to Winston-Salem. The lady that served me the other day was an absolute joy.

This is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had, and the prices are insanely cheap. The portion size is just enough for a hearty and filling meal, and the staff works quickly while maintaining a cheerful and courteous attitude. I would love to visit again and would highly recommend this location to others looking for reasonably priced Chinese in Winston.

Jade express quickly became one of my go-to’s for Chinese lol they are similar to Panda Express but better if you ask me. I’ve tried their entree plates, hibachi and crab Rangoon. My only complaint is that they sometimes forget your sauce. I ordered sweet and sour chicken (which was very yummy) but was missing the sweet and sour red sauce! lol that sauce should come with the Rangoon also but never does. I also wish they would incorporate other protein/meat choices on the entree plates bc it’s currently all different types of chicken. If you’re tired of chicken your next best option is the hibachi…at least you can get shrimp and/or steak there.

Anyways, they give you a lot of food for the money. And they are really quick. Food is always hot and fresh.

The store was dirty upon arrival. Not one person was wearing gloves yet they had two boxes of disposable gloves sitting on the counter for use. I ordered bourbon chicken & teriyaki. The chicken on the left actually tasted like teriyaki chicken yet the rubbery cat dog or whatever animal was on the right was absolutely disgusting! The plate did not look appetizing it just looks like rubber skin . This was my first time & first impressions are important. I will not be back here!

I have ate at Jade Express multiple times, I enjoy the different food selections. I have not tried their hibachi items yet but I will. Usually I order the general tso or orange chicken combo with noddles or rice. I love those types of chicken and their general tso actually has a little spice to it. I have tried their egg rolls which are good and the crab rangoons are a little too sweet for my liking. And the sweet and sour red sauce is not good to me. Their orangade is very good! Overall I think the food is good. They could work on their customer service, most time they don’t speak when you come in! they don’t engage much with the customers besides “what can I get for you” very bland as if the employees do not want to work! Overall go check them out maybe it was a bad day with customer service when I went!

The food is overcooked and loaded with msg. I tried three diff visits and received headaches each time. Greasy. Not worth money.

One of my favorite spots to eat. Love the food and the fresh lemonades are addictive and I just can't get enough.
