We came here on a Saturday as a party of 2. I had put in a reservation about an hour and half earlier online for 5:30. When we arrived, I realized that we did not need a reservation.
The host took us to the second level to sit down. When our waitress arrived, she came with water which I appreciated. Then asked us if we wanted anything else to drink. I ordered the sweet tea and it was well made. For dinner, I ordered the burger and sweet potato fries. I had the tomato taken off and the pimento cheese on the side. When the food arrived, I ended up really liking the pimento cheese and added it the burger. I took off the lettuce as they were the yellow pieces and very limp. I would suggest fresher pieces of lettuce. The burger overall was yummy, especially the bacon and onions. The burger patty was cooked more on the well cooked side rather than medium. The sweet potato fries were great with the honey mustard.
My husband ordered the 8oz filet with the Gouda Mac and cheese. His filet was cooked more medium, rather than medium. The filet tasted good and had good seasoning. He really enjoyed the mac and cheese.
Overall, a pretty good experience.
Amazing! Loved everything we ordered. The mushroom & artichoke dip and smoked gouda mac & cheese is incredible. Our server Steve, perfect service! We will be back!
This is my favorite restaurant in Winston Salem. The crab dip and maple bourbon salmon are really delicious. The service has always been friendly, and the atmosphere is normally top notch. Cannot recommend enough.
We visited on a Friday night, and it wasn't too busy, which was a nice change of pace. The last time we came was on a Tuesday, and the place was packed, no surprise, since they offer half-price wine bottles every Tuesday. I was hoping to order the duck confit I enjoyed before, but it's no longer on the menu. Instead, we started with the tuna tataki appetizer again, which was just as good and consistent as last time. My wife chose the seafood risotto, which was still delicious and reliable. I opted for the Land and Sea dish, featuring steak, scallops, and lobster, and it was fantastic. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Jeffrey Adams is quickly becoming a favorite restaurant for us. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food is always excellent. We will definitely be back, especially on a Tuesday for the half-price wine!
The beef tenderloin risotto is perfection
Excellent recommendation from the staff at nearby Hotel Indigo. Ambiance was great, food was well prepared and the staff was very welcoming. When in downtown Winston again, we will return.
I've been in the industry too long to accept the food quality here. It took 15 minutes for someone to take a drink order. Brussels were a $6 upcharge for our entree that came without any sides. Then we got them we only had fried discarded leaves, if you make them at home.. they were the ones you peel off and throw away. There were no real Brussels. Steak was cooked ok. Our appetizer tasted like straight cream cheese. None of the entrees come with sides because they are “al e carte” this time of year... But when you're paying $50 for a mediocre entree and $7 for a terrible side.. yeeshe Yall. You have to change something. I have WANTED to like this restaurant. We have been back so many times. But it's kind of awful. The food is meh. The service.. I've always felt like and inconvenience. And the drinks..: well I'd rather go mediocre all the way and not spend the money for crap food and disappointing expectations.
We had an AMAZING WAITER I just can't remember his name. Also, the food was good and we were surprised the restaurant had a child's menu which was great for my grandbaby. Thanks so much for the experience.
Salmon is AMAZING!!! Great service!!
We celebrated our 20th anniversary at Jeffrey Adams on Fourth St. in Winston-Salem, NC, and we could not have picked a better place. Everything was perfect, from the lighting, the staff, the food, the drinks, right down to the beautiful Pansey garnish. I highly recommend it for any occasion.

Nasty expensive food do not go
Went for Mothers Day and my husband had the limited time Wagyu and I had the beed tenderloin risotto. Both were phenomenal and cooked to perfection. The bacon crab dip with the warm bread was fresh and the crab was not fishy at all. We also got a cheesecake and apple crisp that melted in your mouth!
Absolutely loved it! Everything about the place is amazing!
