In short: I would avoid this location if you have food sensitivities.
Walked in and ordered a gluten free sub - the two men behind the counter seemed unfamiliar with the typical allergy protocol. They began grabbing my bread without changing gloves, started over when I asked them to, I'm unclear on if the knife they were using was gluten free specific but it was smeared with debris from previous sandwiches. My final straw was when he tried to put spreadable mayo on the sandwich and just stared at me when I reminded him, again, that this was an allergy order. I told them I was uncomfortable because they weren't following protocol and they both just stared like they had no idea what I was talking about.
I ultimately walked out without my sandwich.

I placed a catering order the day before and I called ahead to expedite it and Jamia had it done so quickly it was stress free for me!

My favorite sandwich shop love the atmosphere and customer service. I come here so much me and the staff are practically family now and when I come thru the door the wonderful staff of Jersey Mike @Cloverdale already knows what I want. I appreciate each and everyone. They always welcome me with a smile . Thank you so much keep up the great work you guys/gals do .. and my veggie sub always hit the tummy just right 🥰

ordered the big kahuna cheesesteak sub. regular size, they gave me something inbetween a mini and a regular. for some reason it tasted very bland. almost zero jalapenos were put in my sub. i wont be ordering the kahuna here again. maybe a roast beef or club sub next time. we'll see.

This location closes at 9pm. It was 8:35pm. They stated the grill was closed. They then proceeded to lock the door behind us. We got no food. I will be calling corporate in the morning for this location.

Jamia very rude and should not be dealing with customers. Order 2 sandwiches 1 combo and 1 with just a drink. She had a whole attitude as we ordered

I ordered a sandwich and a bowl at 10am, and set them to be ready by 12. I got there at 12 and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for them to make it only because I walked in and was looking for my online order and they realized and started making it. Then my Italian bowl had maybe 2 slices of meat and 1 slice of cheese. As if it were a mini sandwich. Nearly $11 for 2 slices of meat and a sl8ce of cheese, pathetic. I wish I could post the pic of this pathetic bowl. I order it all the time on University and there its more than double this.

It was a total cluster mess about my order of a cold & a hot sub, 2 subs!Then the interference the MANAGER, JaMia, who wasn’t present during the time when they put the wrong sub in my bag 3 times! Apparently the cook forgot to prepare my hot sub, so after waiting 25 minutes, while the entire line behind me was served & gone, the manager appears & I say it’s about time to comp me this sub, 1/2 kiddingly, she went off on me that I was being RUDE & that my sub was now being prepared! When I explain how long I’ve waited, that I’d just like a refund for the hot sub, I didn’t want to wait any longer, she takes THE BAG WITH MY COLD SUB AWAY FROM ME, tells me I CANNOT HAVE THAT SUB, credits me the entire amount & tells ME TO NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, that I was rude!
Btw, my husband had a similar experience with this same woman, so he wouldn’t go after the subs anymore!!!
We get a Jersey Mikes at least once weekly, spend $30-$40, = $1,820 yearly, a solid customer for many years.
I WILL NOT TOLERATE BEING ABUSED BY SOME IGNORANT MANAGER TYPE WOMAN WHO IS THE EXAMPLE OF RUDE ITSELF!
The staff appears very unhappy with her style, all employees were lowering their eyes while we were arguing. I was looking for some support from them to confirm my position, but, nothing!
What a truly NASTY EXPERIENCE, when I was just wanting a sandwich, walked out empty handed & totally PISSED, still am!!!! J
