I don't live in town, so I don't get to visit very often. There's not a Jersey Mike's where I live, yet! I hope when our Jersey Mike's opens that it will be as good an experience as at the Cloverdale Winston-Salem shop. Every time I've been here for takeout, or order delivery for work, the food has been fresh and the service has been great. The staff here are very customer service oriented -The team leads, the manager, and the sandwich artists have...
So, as it works now, if you are an in person customer, plan to stand and wait for the employees to make to go orders one right after the other as you stand there and watch. Then the door dashers come in and RUDELY push their way to the front of the line with no regard for anyone around them and dare you to say anything. If you do they insult you by saying "We're working and that's how we do it." How did we get to this point in our society???

I had a horrible experience with the staff at this location. Everyone is entitled to an off day, but this has happened three or four times . I will no longer be frequenting this location. Before you ask, I am a wonderful customer. Very pleasant. I say please and thank you regularly.
