Alex greeted me up on arrival, made me feel right at home and made me one of the best sandwiches Ive had in a long time. The taste of care and home made this sandwich exceptional! Keep up the great work Jersey Mike's University! The staff is second to none! Thank you Alex!

I do love Jersey Mike’s subs, but the thing I love more is the amazing service I get anytime I go there. I specifically want to send an amazing thank you and great job to Cheyenne and Tayy They may experience all them are worth it when I’m with my children and the restaurant is crowded and they do their best to always have an amazing attitude. Smile on their face with great customer service.

My husband and I visited the Jersey Mike’s location at 5940 University Parkway in Winston-Salem, NC for the first time around 6 PM on August 6, 2025. Josh and the two other gentlemen working with him were all exceptionally friendly and personable, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start.

We chose to dine in, and the dining area was spotless and well-maintained. Out of all the Jersey Mike’s locations we’ve visited, this one truly stands out as the best.

While Jersey Mike’s may be slightly more expensive than some competitors, it’s absolutely worth it. Watching the meat sliced fresh in front of you, paired with high-quality ingredients and soft bread, makes a noticeable difference—you can truly taste the freshness.

If you’re looking for great food and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location. We will definitely be returning.

I don't go to this location often due to staying closer to the one near Cloverdale. What I will say is that Tay and Roy gave excellent customer service. A very enjoyable visit.
