Ok, I am not much of a deli-guy, but when we ordered ahead of time, there was NO wait! The food was EXQUISITE! The quality of the products, the meat, everything was awesome! I recommend the Tuscan Italian Wrap, and I also recommend their chips! Their chips and desserts are quite good, so be sure to stop by Jimmy John’s for any occasion!

Somehow this get store gets worse daily, let them know my sandwich which was a preordered was messed up the last two times and now every single time sense- its been done completely incorrectly and deliberately. I will order from another Jimmy John’s in Winston before dealing with this again.

Waited over an hour for my food and was lied to twice about it being out for delivery. No apology no explanation. Received refund.
Was in town for Wrestlecade 2023 recently and decided to try Jimmy's John's for the first time. Got some sorta chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was fantastic! Would love to have another right now. I wished I would have taken pictures and remembered exactly what it's called but I didn't expect it to be so great! I'll definitely be looking for a Jimmy Johns next time I leave town! I don't have them in my area.

I appreciate this Jimmy John's and it seems most other offices in our building do as well as they deliver here so many times each day. It may be a tad pricier than the competition but it's good and I know my order will make it to my desk "freaky fast" and not be left in the first floor lobby by the elevator or not delivered at all which has been our experience ordering from other places. Good sandwiches and now even brownies!

Over a period of about 4 months or more I've ordered from this place 5 times.EVERY time, they have gotten it wrong, but I'd give it a while and try again to see if they could just get it together, just out of curiosity.*They will get your order wrong.*They will deliver your order with things missing.*They will charge you in excess for poor quality food and serviceBUT, IT WILL GET THERE FASTIt seems like the business model says"Rush it together and rush it out the door" and I've learned that the product of that attitude is reflected in my experience.Its freaky how fast a place can fall so far down hill, and it's comical to expect the general standard from this restaurant.DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME
