This is my second time eating there in 2025 and both time I got diarrhea. And also I don’t like how I can just go in a pick up my online order without talking to anyone, what if I was a thief? I could get a free sub multiple times a day.

Jimmy John's: A Forgettable Experience

I recently had my first and likely last experience at Jimmy John's. With high hopes for a delicious sandwich, I was sorely disappointed.
The bread was the biggest letdown. It tasted stale and unpleasant, making the entire sandwich almost inedible. This was compounded by a lack of sauce, which left the sandwich dry and flavorless. Compared to other sandwich shops, Jimmy John's simply doesn't measure up in terms of taste.
The only redeeming quality was the cookie, which was unique and delicious. However, one good cookie can't save an otherwise disappointing meal.
The service was average at best, and the strange "momma and dad" decorations on the wall created an odd atmosphere.
Overall, my experience at Jimmy John's was incredibly forgettable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially with so many other tastier and more enjoyable sandwich options available.
Also for $30+ dollars for two sandwiches it certainly was not what I would want to do again.

Stand up Jimmys. You always know what you’re getting at this establishment. But this one in particular is off the charts with vibes and customer service. Just get over to this JJs and call it a day.

After banning Jimmy Johns at Hans Mall I decided on giving this location a try. I have been here a few times and they serve way better sandwiches. Tylisha was the employee who made my sandwich and I just had to go offer my compliments to her. I told her she needed to go to the Hans Mall Jimmy Johns location and teach them how to make a sandwich. Next time I dine at Jimmy John's I hope and pray Tylisha is working.

THIS IS ACTUALLY A REVIEW FOR THE 237 SOUTH STRATFORD RD. LOCATION. I typed in that address but for some odd reason, the other location came up, but here goes:The young girl who was working on 01/01/24 when we ate here was SUPURB! Her name is Tylisha and our sandwiches were amazing and she had a great attitude. She could honestly go to the Hanes Mall location and teach those guys a thing or two about making a great sub! My son & I both agreed that these were the very BEST JJ subs we have ever eaten and we have been dinning at JJ for 4 years!We had actually planned to ban Jimmy Johns after our last visit to the Hanes Mall location (closest to where we live) because the last several times we ate at the Hanes Mall location, our subs were very skimpy and definitely NOT worth the money they charge. But on New Years day, I broke the news to my son that I had received a cancer diagnosis. He knew I was very down and needed cheering up. Well, Jimmy Johns is the ONLY fast food restaurant I will even eat at, because I think all the rest suck, so he wanted to cheer me up by taking me to JJ for dinner. So we decided to give it another try but only if we drove to the 237 S. Stratford Rd location and we were very happy that we did. Great job young lady. It's about time we got a sub that was actually worth the high cost of the meal. I no longer felt like we were just eating a lettuce sub!Additionally, the music at the Hanes Mall is always too loud and they keep it too cold in there. At the 237 South Stratford Rd location, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and quiet and warm! It had everything we needed to make it a great dinner.

Ate here over the weekend! Order two sandwiches. Was told that the only had enough bread left to make 6 sandwiches. Wish I would have just left. Got home to eat my sandwich and the bread was hard and dried out. Very disappointed. Service was as dry as the bread unfortunately. Only one person working.

8/10/23 evening shift made the perfect sub. 10/10 best Jimmy John's in the city

Loved being disrespected by an overweight cashier today (7/9).
I was excited to try Jimmy Johns for the first time and was highly highly disappointed. I ordered online bc there was a deal for a 8in for 3.99 , I specified that I wanted extra onion , I even clicked “extra onion “ and I even made a note on the order for “lots of onions “ I get home and find there my sub has a normal amount of onions , it doesn’t even look like “extra” , the bread as hard as a rock. I’ve heard people say JJ is overrated and it’s sad to say it’s true.
BEST customer service- hands down! I frequent here for lunch since I work next door and it’s nothing but all smile as soon as you walk in! Food is always fresh and delicious and the employees deserve every single bit of praise they can get!
The guys that work at this location are amazing, they always go above and beyond! I just want to say thank you for all of your hard work. ?
I ordered here & was told the driver would be leaving in 5 mins I'm at a hospital so I walked down in 3 minutes waited downstairs for about 20 minutes. Driver calls me tells me he will be pulling up in 3 minutes ? I'm unsure with why they keep throwing the number 3 out. Driver pulls up makes absolutely no attempt to get out the car. Rolled his window down & handed me my food. Great customer service right there. None of the condiment packers are in the bag and we got two napkins. I almost ordered from Jersey Mikes my usual but I tried this place out. I know better next time to go with my first decision. Do better on the customer service it matters. So when you forget things customer will improvise and not be mad.
