I’ve been here several times and usually the experience is good. Today, the cashier was on her phone (with ear buds) and leaning on her hand the whole time she was taking my order. I could barely understand her she was talking so low (was she talking to me or the person on the phone?). I just don’t understand poor customer service. Why is someone like that placed at the register to interact with customers? Put her in the back cleaning something or slicing tomatoes.
Edit: I ordered my sandwich without onions (see pic). Won’t be back.

Ordered online food came out fast but the atmosphere in the building wasn’t it. I walked said to the guy at the front counter “hey how are you doing” he just stared at me so I continued “I’m here for my pick up order” he just pointed to it. Everyone just stared at me which was weird as hell. Customer service is a HUGE part of their job (I use to work at Jimmy John’s) if you can’t even acknowledge someone when they speak to you, maybe this isn’t the job for you? 0/10 will never be back.

I want to love Jimmy John's, yet they cannot seem to get my order right no matter how many times I try them again. My only customization is no lettuce, so it's nothing complex. Also didn't get my chips today. Again, love their food, just wish they'd prepare it correctly. Freaky fast though.

Came 45 mins before closing was going to get hot sub was told no the grill was already down when my finance asked about a sandwich he was told to look at the meun and read like why people why have a job why work what is this world coming too. Like it's not listed anywhere that you close the grill down early or anything.

My Totally Tuna sub was sloppy and suggy when I picked it up.
I order from this Jimmy Johns - probably a little too often - typically because it's closest to my job. They're always incredibly fast getting my order to me (seriously, I try to track it and they still end up getting here before I expect), and my order ALWAYS comes correct. To be fair, I do order the same exact thing every time - but at this point it's almost like they have my order ready for me before I even order LOL
The delivery drivers are always very kind, and I've never had any issues with this location. Definitely recommend for a quick and affordable lunch option :) I almost always have leftovers for later in the day as well.

The worst JIMMY JOHNS EVER! Far from “freaky fast” freaky slow. They messed up my order and was pissed off at me! I came to pick up my missing items they wouldn’t even put it in the bag. They said you can grab it. The manager was rude and hang up on me when I called back to inquire about my missing items.
