This Jimmy's John's store has been closed for nearly 2 years. Please remove this location from maps and stop changing the store from permanently closed to open. Another company occupys that store front.

Placed an order today, 10/26/20121 @12:33. At 1:15, called them to say I had still not received my order. The lady was very apologetic and said she would refund my money and still send the order. Its now 2:10...no food...and still no refund! I guess with today's society and peoples morals, this is to be expected. Thanks..But no thanks FREAKY FAST Jimmy Johns!Edit...food finally arrived at 2:20...without my drink!

Called in for delivery and when it was delivered the lady who delivered the order was laughing about forgetting my wife's sweet tea. I don't see why it was funny to her. As much as I paid for this you would think that they would have made sure that the order was complete. And the sub was of poor quality absolutely not worth the money we paid. I will never order food from Jimmy John's again. No where close to the quality and efficiency that you receive at Jersey Mike's.

This has been my favorite sub shop for a while. Imagine my surprise when I arrived there at 4:30 to grab a sub to take home. I yanked the door only to find it is locked. They now close right before the five o'clock crowd gets off work. They are closed on weekends as well. I will have to drive to another location as this particular one doesn't want my business based on their new hours.The owner responded that they will try to get back to normal hours if they can get help. I can't fault them as every single business I see is hurting for help. I did go by this location during their business hours and got an excellent sub made quickly.

I have been in this location several times. I have witnessed the same employee working hard every time. I suppose she is the manager. I have noticed training people to help her but to no avail. Someone needs to give this young lady a raise. I would love to have her as a part of my staff. She RUNS this store hands down. Too bad can't get anyone to help her. Perhaps that is why long wait times. Doing all she can

I love the food here but I suppose from now on I’ll have to take my business to other locations. I work about 5 min from this location and the past two times I have ordered I have had to wait 30+ minutes. Being so close I find that ridiculous. Definitely can’t call it freaky fast!

Hands down my favorite ? sandwich / sub shop. If you're looking for the freshest tastiest bread, amazing Italian ? meats, fresh ? veggies, tasty chips and ? cookies this place has you covered. One of my favorite features is ordering a head online or with the app and their rewards program. It makes it Uber convenient to get a tasty sandwich at your door in minutes. This location does have ♿ handicap accessible parking, a restroom, and seating.

I hate to have to write this, Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich shop, but I can’t ever do business at this location again. Their Freaky Fast service is terrible. The last three times it’s taken over 30 minutes, and when I called to find out where the food is, they tell me that they only have one driver. When I mentioned that they’re not living up to Freaky Fast delivery, the lady on the phone corrected me to let me know it’s no longer Freaky Fast, now it’s exceptional. My mistake
