We visited on a busy Friday afternoon. It's a basic smoothie shop with a smallish menu and only one size. The shop itself was also basic. The size of the smoothies aren't displayed so I asked the guy behind the counter. He explained that you could get the regular size split into two smaller cups, but they only sell them by that one size (20 some oz maybe). The ingredients are displayed on the marquee/menu. The smoothies are mostly comprised of juice and fruit. Some have yogurt/dairy. The kids working there were not very helpful but were pleasant. My strawberry splash smoothie was just okay. It was missing a "punch" of flavor imho. I preferred my husband's Peach, though you taste more of the orange sherbet than peach. He said his was "alright".

I was super impressed about how clean the shop was! Everyone had on neat, clean uniforms. The floors were super clean. No messy machines. The staff were polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend.
I have been ordering their smoothies since they opened in 1996. They are always consistently good. My favorite in razzmatazz with protein.

Juice shop smoothies are the Cadillac of smoothies. Once you taste a smoothie from Juice Shop, all other smoothies will be ruined for you! I have been going to Juice Shop for more than 20 years and it still remains one of my favorite treats! The prices have gone up but the price on everything has gone up. The staff works quickly to get your order ready and can make suggestions on any changes you may need or want. If you haven't been here before, you will learn quickly that there is no intention of you staying in the store to enjoy your smoothie! There are no chairs or stools and usually only 1 table or bar top for you to wait at. The vibe is very casual but it can be loud because of the blenders. Juice Shop is a must for anyone who loves smoothies and I apologize now for ruining all other smoothies for you!

If you want a good quick smoothie in Winston this is the place. All the flavors are yummy town. This place hasn't changed a lot since it started but that's for the best imo.

I have come here a few times but today was different. I was not greeted once i was inside. I was not asked for my name for my order but i watched everyone else get asked these common questions. I was the only person of color. I hate to point that out but i was. I watched as the young man called out the name for orders before me with a smile and told them to “have a good day”. I was called by my order only and he never gave me the smile or good energy he gave everyone else. Instead i had to say to him “thank you have a good day” and had to repeat it twice because i could tell he didn’t want to say anything to me. I’m a normal person just like everyone else and shouldn’t be discriminated because of the color of my skin. Very disappointing when myself, my boss and coworkers support this business but after today im not so sure we will be back. Also didn’t even make my smoothie right at all and that has never happened! There is no trace of strawberry. I’ve never had one look like this. It’s always been made right. I’m not sure if it’s just the batch of employees that were there today or not but very disappointing to say the least!

I have been coming here since 2005. This is literally the best smoothie shop in Winston Salem. I always order the polar peach and my favorite thing about this place is the consistency they always taste the same and they are just delicious and even if you add protein to your smoothie, it does not change the flavor which I love! This place is definitely a staple, and they feature different smoothies every week as the weekly smoothie, and they are 75 cents off from their regular price. The parking here is not too bad but sometimes it is a little packed and considering it is a very small location you do have to park elsewhere but there is plenty of parking around considering there's a shopping center around the area. There is no sitting in the location its more so just grab and go however the service here is still amazing.

I always love their smoothies, but find it crazy how much the prices have gone up, over $2 higher in a year or so.... I can't go as often as I'd like paying over $7 for a smoothie seems wrong.
