We waited 30 minutes to even order when the line only had 5 people. The workers make you wait about 5 minutes in between EACH person that orders, which is ridiculous. They turn your back to you and make you wait until who knows when to take your order. They move slow and don’t seem rushed at all despite the line, and are also very visibly upset at the fact that they are working. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME. There are so many other Korean places to give a try. Honestly very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The staff is always friendly, the food is DELICIOUS, and the restaurant is always clean and maintained. I cannot express how much the avocado egg toast is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Definitely worth it.

Didn’t really like the food but you might the service is pretty slow and slack and the K-pop music is too loud, maybe I’m just too old

It was much better a year ago. Fries were cold and greasy from sitting under the light waiting for the k-dogs to be fried. Tteokbokki sauce was Cold? How??? Staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. Long wait. Prices are too high for low quality service. Maybe consider prepping dogs by wrapping in dough ahead of time? Also consider maybe adding korean style deep fried hard boiled eggs? That might boost interest. Hope to come back if improve. I've been there about 7 times.

The food is a hit or miss most of the time. We were just there eating and in my drink there was a bug that I only saw when I drank quite a bit. It came out of the drink machine or it was in my ice as it wasn’t there when I first grabbed the cup.

Dear [Owner/Management],

I typically refrain from leaving reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share my experience at K-Stop, as I believe there are significant areas for improvement.

Following church, my wife, our three children, and I visited K-Stop after our brother-in-law recommended it. Unfortunately, I found the establishment to be less than accommodating for families. The only item that seemed suitable for children was the fries. We attempted to order chicken bites for our kids, but they were unavailable, and we were informed they would not be ready until later due to marination processes. Consequently, we had to opt for regular chicken wings, which came in only 6 or 12-piece servings and did not include any sides. While the wings were somewhat satisfactory, I was disappointed with the rice cakes, which appeared to be pre-packaged microwave items.

Additionally, the drink options were limited, with no diet beverages available. The corn dogs were hit-or-miss and not particularly kid-friendly. The menu lacked cohesion, as drinks, sides, and entrees were all priced separately, which added to our overall dissatisfaction. For a family of five, our bill exceeded $100, which felt excessive for such a small venue.

I believe that if you are promoting Korean cuisine, it is essential to ensure that the flavors and quality reflect that standard. Furthermore, the service left much to be desired, as we waited over 30 minutes for our food.

It is my impression that the establishment may benefit from more effective management oversight. I would be willing to assist in improving the operations, as I have experience in running a business and believe I could contribute positively.

Unless there are significant changes to pricing, management, and overall quality, I cannot recommend K-Stop to others. I appreciate your attention to this matter, and I wish you the best in your endeavors.

Really cool spot with plenty of seating. Very specific type of food, but if you know what you are coming for, you will be pleased. The k-dogs are good but the batter is a little sweet so if you get the spicy mayo, or flaming Cheeto it complements it really well. Didn't try the fried chicken, but didn't need to to know it was good. The table next to us had gotten some and they were raving about it. Would definitely come back to this spot.

The food is really hit or miss. The corn dogs are good, the chicken has been tasty both times we’ve been, the egg toast is really really messy (& my friend who got it this past time said it tasted like floral soap…thanks for handwashing!). The service was really slow both times we were there, even though there weren’t many people there (in fairness, the most recent time they had just opened, but I was confused about them not having chicken wings prepped before opening…that’s probably a staffing thing though). They have an outdoor patio in the back, which was really nice to sit in the sun with our food.
