I had to go back through the line to order a plate to-go, they were out of chicken livers which was supposed to be cooking. I was directed to have a seat beside a lady that was also waiting for the same. I waited a little over 15 minutes while the other lady had waited over 25 minutes. This was uncalled for and yet neither of us received so much as an apology for our wait.

The food is consistently great, very clean restaurant. The friendly, genuinely kind staff make this location EXCELLENT!! Everyone I encountered was so welcoming and they all greeted me with a smile and spoke to me even if they weren’t the ones helping me. That made my day!!

Never got to eat because no roast served again except Sundays ! Very disappointed and we left. My husband can only eat certain things and roast is it at k&w. Prices too high now anyway so not sure if we will go back.
It's a shame as we always loved it and the daily roast beef
