I order an 8 piece meal with Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy it comes with four biscuits .. my Mac and cheese was half filled and they gave me three biscuits and one bun for their tiny chicken sandwich’s ... just sorry and not honest... all they had to do is let me know they was low with my sides and give me option to substitute for something else. CHECK YOUR WHOLE BAG BEFORE LEAVING THIS LOCATION!!!

A year ago this place was good, but now it's not so good, the manager there now she's not too nice, if I want kfc I will go to another one, the chicken didn't look good. I don't care for this one on Reynolda Road.

The chicken pot pie is absolutely AMAZING! Love the crust on top! Biscuits were hot and flakey on top, yet warm and soft in the middle. Chicken was perfectly fried! Definitely was satisfying!
Terrible service! I only received a partial order. I called and spoke with a manager who said she would bring the rest of my food. But, she never showed up. Yet I was charged for the full order

Came here on lunch since a lot of places are closed. No one in line so I figured I would give a shot. Ordered popcorn chicken combo. Every piece of chicken wasn’t even cooked, and the biscuit was hard as a rock. I’ll be contacting corporate if I end up getting sick and I have pictures to prove it.

Two ladies up front working today at 2pm were rude from the get go. Literally walked away ignoring us as we tried to order and I didn’t finish before she walked away to make our food. No straws out at the drink machine and didn’t want to choose any of the tables to sit at because they were all nasty and hadn’t been wiped down at all. Just all around 0 stars for the service here. Told another customer behind us it would be 20 minutes for the small chicken platter he was ordering. Ridiculous.
