Got DoorDash. Didn't have my 2 drinks, or sauce. Driver stated that drinks wasn't on receipt when it clearly shows it.. Not ordering from here anymore. Its a shame as much as I like KFC, but this is just Sorriness.

Don't ever eat at the KFC/ Long John Silver on University Parkway in Winston-Salem!!!! I was in there today picking up an order for someone and witnessed a lady walk up to the counter with a few pieces of fish in a box and one in her BARE hands (like not even wrapped in a napkin or anything) hands it to the young man working, and tells him she wants it fried harder, one piece she even took a bite of! I'm looking at him like no you are not about to do what you think your gonna do....and YUP he takes the fish and puts it in the damn deep fryer, the same deep frier that's about to cook everyone else's food. Thats a huge NOPE! They need to train these youngsters better on food safety and sanitation!!! I would NEVER! That is pure disgusting! I'm just so grossed out.

Employees are horrible, atmosphere and environment is disgusting, has mold all around the place. If you want to work here and get minimum amount of hours i would recommend.

Placed a online order and when I went to pick up there were no one in drive thru , when I approached the window I was greeted with the worst customer service attitude I have ever encountered , felt like she was upset that I placed an order , this is the last time I order from this KFC , you guys provide a service to customers that we pay for , we are not getting free food to put up with bad attitudes.

I was inside the store for a total of 24 minutes for a take-out order. When I arrived, there was no one waiting ahead of me, but it took Sam (who was incredibly friendly and respectful) six minutes to get to me. I used two coupons to order a two-piece, and a pot pie. Some of my wait time was due to the staff (Sam, and I assume the manager…?) trying to figure out the coupon’s affect on my ordering a second pot pie. Once that was done, I proceeded to wait. A young lady ordered her lunch next, followed by two gentlemen five minutes after her. Many minutes later, and after both their respective orders were served up, Sam asked to see my receipt saying he was unsure how my order had been “bumped”. I showed it to him, and four minutes later, he delivered my lunch. I glanced into the bag, and immediately noticed I’d been served a thigh and leg instead of the two thighs I ordered. Sam apologized and gave me the thigh. I got home and prepared to eat lunch, happy it still felt warm. However, once unpacked, I realized I was missing my coleslaw. That was bad enough, but the ultimate let-down was that my thighs were bloody at the bone. I’ve eaten there before, and knew the wait could be a little long, so I did have a novel with me, but everything else dropped this down to a one-star visit. The only thing that kept me from being totally disgruntled is that Sam, and the staff were so amicable. I think better time management and better general management overall would go a long way in making this a better experience. Now, right after eating, I’m just hoping I don’t get sick. Lastly, I attempted to report my feedback to KFC using their contact info as provided in my receipt, but was unsuccessful due to a glitch within their site.

Chicken was old and really dark like burned one of the servers drop 3 pieces of chicken on the floor I was watching thanks God. Overall quality is going down next time I'll do Popeyes instead

I liked the fried apple bites. The fresh hot taste that pops in the mouth.I like the chicken livers for the taste you get from other locations. I'm hoping that the head person over food choices at this location would include chicken livers.

Staff are awesome and always really friendly and helpful ? also, very clean! We drive 45 mins just to get our KFC here. I refuse to go to the store in King!

Okay so I did not cook today, just wanted to grab something with most of the restaurants being crowded on Easter Sunday!I ordered a 2 piece Breast and Wing, and when I tell you they were Hard! They tasted like they were at least 5 days old! Normally their chicken is moist, succulent, not today!And those fries were incredibly hard, and I was trying to alert the cashier that I needed some ketchup, to try and at least eat the fries, she acted as though she did not hear me! And I know that she did!For once, KFC has truly let me Down!Well, time to find another go to chicken spot.This occurred on March 31st @ 3:30 pm!I am a Food Critic!

The chicken and fries were old and nasty.I stopped eating fast food because they will hire anyone to cook. Never ever will I eat kfc again.
