Well, let me start off with saying I have not ate at KFC in years probably over 5 years. And today, I had a taste for a chicken pot pie, because it's all the Reid on Facebook right now. So, I had the chicken pot pie, but no chicken, not one piece of chicken in the whole entire pie. But I will say it had a lot of good flavor in it. My family did also get chicken and they enjoyed their food. We spent around $38. Let's just say I will not be purchasing the chicken pot pie ever again.

Your employees are great I wish I could say the same about the food. Common kfc I ordered chicken tenders n got what I wouldn't even call chicken fingers. $10 meal not worth it because kfc is being to cheap too but quality meat to serve its guests. I can buy 20pc huge tenders wedges an 2 drinks for $25 at a gas station in Denton. How is a national company letting a gas station do better I mean common. Give customers their money's worth make the strips like it was in the 90s actual meat an not all crispy skin.

I feel like their fried chicken is getting better and better, but every time I place an order, something goes wrong. The error rate has reached 100%. At first, I thought it was my issue, but I saw in the comments section that many others are experiencing the same problem. I can’t understand this issue.

I ordered a 3 PC meal, I got a bag with 6 fries, an OPEN container of mashed potatoes and a DISGUSTING chicken sandwich with bread so OLD I could smell the mold. Tried to call, and there is NO ANSWER, 4 times, no answer, Shame on this KFC!! I paid 10 bucks for a bag of grease, and am 10 miles away, so not going to go back.....EVER,

drive thru line was super long but went by really fast and our food was nice and hot.
Got DoorDash. Didn't have my 2 drinks, or sauce. Driver stated that drinks wasn't on receipt when it clearly shows it.. Not ordering from here anymore. Its a shame as much as I like KFC, but this is just Sorriness.

Don't ever eat at the KFC/ Long John Silver on University Parkway in Winston-Salem!!!! I was in there today picking up an order for someone and witnessed a lady walk up to the counter with a few pieces of fish in a box and one in her BARE hands (like not even wrapped in a napkin or anything) hands it to the young man working, and tells him she wants it fried harder, one piece she even took a bite of! I'm looking at him like no you are not about to do what you think your gonna do....and YUP he takes the fish and puts it in the damn deep fryer, the same deep frier that's about to cook everyone else's food. Thats a huge NOPE! They need to train these youngsters better on food safety and sanitation!!! I would NEVER! That is pure disgusting! I'm just so grossed out.
