Kickback Jack's Winston - Salem

Great large sports bar lot of seating. I ordered the chicken tender plate with fries.. The chicken was good but I should have said no salt.

I’m almost afraid to hype rave about the wait staff and the vibe here bc somebody will think I’m being paid or are friends with someone here. I know no one. Hands down - Kickback waitresses and the way they really like (love?) each other makes it our family’s go-to spot. (And the fish and chips👩‍🍳💋)

Nope, nope, and nope! All I ordered was the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and they couldn’t even cook them all the way through. My first and last bite tasted like meat and raw dough. I bit in the center because the ends had melted the styrofoam container they came in since no one bothered to place anything in between the two. My second time trying this particular establishment and it’s still a NO!

Great sports watching bar & restaurant.

We went to watch the UNC game, the resturant was freezing, customers all around the bar complained of the cold temperature. The regulars who were at the bar said the normally move in the winter because of the cold air coming from the side door.
The bartender could be more attentive with empty glasses but there was only 1 working and the bar was full.
The food was ok but we only had appetizers.

I had been here before with some friends but this particular time, I brought someone special. We enjoyed the atmosphere, our waitress was friendly and attentive to us. The food was so good, I had been to Philly and tried their philly cheese steak was awesome and my girl had the shrimp pasta which was also good. What I really surprised me was how good their artichoke-spinach dip for the appetizers. Thank you Kickback Jack's for a wonderful meal and a bit of time to catch up on some football.

The service wasn't the greatest, our waitress Taylor was nonchalant with her service, there was a long wait to get our food. Yet, it wasn't that busy. Finding her again to get our check and provide some decent customerservice was difficult.

my husband and i had dinner here tonight. the appetizer menu has changed, which was a let down because they took the nachos off the menu. other than that, our dining experience was exceptional. India was our server and she did an outstanding job. she was very attentive, although she was busy with a large group at the same time. she was professional and very friendly. we both ordered the seafood plate substituting the shrimp for flounder. when our meals arrived, there were shrimp on our plates. we notified India and they fixed it right away. the manager on duty apologized and quickly made it right.

We had a pizza of the menu, the ingredients were fresh and the pizza was a good size. We ended up leaving with leftovers to eat on later.
