Food is usually really great. Unfortunately, we didn't even get that far. Once seated, we waited for our waitress to take our drink order. She decided to wait on the couple who came in after us and just glanced at my husband and walked away. Not sure what this was all about. But it was disrespectful. Won't go back because of this incident

I waited for curbside for over 15 min. No one came. I came in and only had 2 orders of French fries. Came in and fries was wilted and burned. Spoke to manager to get a refund and she said she had to email corporate because of some type of computer glitch for my $9.90 back. Please if the order is curbside have workers looking for cars and not talking on cell phones and get computers right so refunds can be provided if poor service.

Unless you go for the atmosphere, do not go. Food mediocre, came out barely warm. Service almost non existent. Maybe I just came on server’s off night, would have been nice to be checked on during meal. Still can’t tolerate bad service.

Hostess at the door acted as if we were disturbing her. Never looked at us or welcomed us. Her first words were "come on, " her words when we arrived at the booth was "here." It was clear she did not want to deal with customers.On the other hand, Mary-Lyn did a WONDERFUL job as our waitress.Thank you, Mary-Lyn.
It only takes 1 time and I will not be going back to this establishment. Make a Togo order on the app for pickup because I work at night and like to have something decent to eat. Thought it would be faster. However, myself and another lady stood at the Togo counter and numerous employeee walked by and didn’t say a word. So I had to go get the hostess across the restaurant just to get some help. You won’t get anymore of my money. It was even slow in there so you can’t use that as an excuse! Oh, then my food was just setting out the whole time. Not under a warmer or anything. So if coarse it’s cold.
