Excellent ice cream and chocolate. We splurged on one of their ice cream cakes for my birthday .

When we went the place had the strongest amazing chocolate smell..we went for ice cream, but couldn't leave without chocolate 🍫. They have some wonderful chocolates, like the Dubai Pistachio and just plain dark chocolate with pecans, and tons of other combinations. The packaging is adorable. The candy is pricey, but nice for a special occasion gift for sure!!

I’ve cream good but wayyy overpriced - $17.50 for a small and a medium cup!

The ice cream is amazing!! The service impeccable. We had a small issue. Sheila handled it quickly. She rectified the situation better than I expected. When I come to Winston, I will always be stopping here and getting ice cream!!

I frequent Kilwins regularly and I usually love everything up until recently. Every time I walk in the store it smells like gas I worry for the workers wellbeing. On another note the chocolates in a variety taste stale and have an aftertaste to them, especially the white chocolate. I have also seen a few ants and other bugs, one even crawled on my shoe. The house made cones taste stale and bitter. You get so little toppings for the price of over a dollar and I bet the staff gets meger wages for their work. If you want a milkshake there's a McDonald's across the street I'm not paying no $13 that's a small fortune.

My favorite ice cream shop in North Carolina. They have a Winston Salem location and a Blowing Rock location. Lots of chocolates, fudge, ice cream flavors and other sweets. Love this place!

I tried it today for the first time. The ice cream is out of this world Delicious!! The best ice cream I have ever had!!! They have all kinds of candy and other goodies. I just know the ice cream is wonderful!! The service was fast and the staff very friendly!! Delicious!!!
