Crazy expensive-just okay food. Service was fine but forgetable. Very slow on Friday night. Weird vibe. Will not revisit. Also, there is a 3% fee if you don't pay in cash...BUT you aren't informed of that until you open the credit card folder with the bill in it.

Excellent service!! Hands down, some of the best ladies to take care of. Regular fries and sweet potato fries were great. The burger and seafood was overcooked. Good flavors, just a little too overdone. Willing to try again, especially because of the exceptional service.

Sadly I was disappointed as it was not a lump meat crab cake but the run of the mill minced. It was cooked well and the fries were okay but for that price it should have been lumped. The oysters were delicious and the red sauce was good. I'm sure other items are great as well. Overall the staff were all very very nice and accommodating and was a chill place to eat and watch a game while having a beer.

It's in a shopping center on Hanes Mall Blvd @ a stoplight right past Hanes Mall. So very easy 2 find. Since it's in a shopping center it has a huge wheelchair friendly parking lot. We were seated right away @ a huge booth that was able 2 easily hold my party of 6. Reservations weren't needed & they had plenty of open tables when we arrived. We received table service right away from a kind friendly helpful patient waiter that was happy 2 explain the menu options as well as helping us place our orders n a way that would save us the most $! They have a large menu w/ many options available which made me very happy by family may have went 2 enjoy the crab legs that night but I don't eat crab legs myself. The crab legs were expensive but my family thoroughly enjoyed them & commented that it was completely worth the $. I ordered a chicken & shrimp pasta dish & was shocked when such a large dish of food arrived 4 me 2 eat. It was so hot I had 2 wait several mins b4 I could taste any of it but once I finally could it was delicious. I received so much that evening that I was able 2 take it home & eat on it 3 more times after that! 2 drink I ordered a sweet tea & was not disappointed. It was southern style & tasty! They have a full bar 4 those that want a drink w/their meal. My mother got a margarita & she said it was delicious. My family got a plate of peel & eat shrimp 4 an appetizer & they disappeared quickly. My family really enjoyed the crab legs so despite the high price they kept on ordering lb after lb until everyone was so stuffed they could barely breath. LoL Needless 2 say we ended up w/a pretty high bill but everyone @ the table enjoyed it so much they agreed it was completely worth it & we will be returning n the future!Parking: Easy 2 find, wheelchair accessible, free, plenty of spots available including handicap spaces closer 2 the entranceWheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible & lots of room 2 load & unload wheelchairs

Amazing cheese burgers. So much flavor and perfectly cooked ! Definitely the best I've enjoyed in a long time... At a seafood place...! Gonna have the seafood next.

First time we have been to this location of King's Crab Shack, since before Covid. Overall, thought food was good but only slightly above average. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Would give this place another visit.

I totally get the shortage’s of staff going on now a days. That’s what was happen there. The staff was not friendly. When I went to pay with a credit card, was warned that when I pay with a cc I would pay a surcharge. Who actually totes cash around now days? Didn’t have the cash (esp when they charge 17 bucks for a fish sandwich) to foot the bill. I still tipped without that surcharge. But, so easy to see that this place has difficulty hiring people when they do this and it impacts what people tip the folks that work here. Owners need to rethink the cheapness here.

Bartender was not busy. I was one of the few customers there and ordered lunch at the bar. She was too busy talking to her co-workers at the end of the restaurant and didn't even get my order right or pay much attention at all (she forgot items I had ordered and never noticed). I didn't even bother telling her about my missing order items because she had not paid attention enough to enter them into the computer so I did not get charged for them and I just decided it would be better if I just left because of the poor experience.

Before Paul McCartney concert, we enjoyed a fantastic meal at a local favorite spot. Delicious cole slaw, shrimp po boy, crabcakes & she-crab soup! Great service and cute tee-shirts for sale. Will absolutely return!
The most amazing raw oysters I’ve ever had. The crab legs were cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was extremely nice and fast. Our server, Keisha, was an absolute joy!!! I will definitely be coming back regularly and I want her to serve us every time!! Amazing and you should definitely try it out.

The food was greasy, but good. I got the Captain's Basket with fries. The cocktail sauce was superb as were the fries. Oddly enough, for an upscale restaurant, they gave me 3 squeeze packs of ketchup, but had a bottle of Texas Pete on the table. Spoilers: it wasn't OG Texas Pete. The "complimentary coleslaw" was more like cabbage salad, but still tasted okay. The kicker was when she brought our check at $56-something. We asked for refills and she takes our check. When she comes back, the bill is $65! Sixty-five dollars for food we could have got at Mayflower for way less. I won't be back. It was nothing special.

2 stars for the good waiter. I'm extremely disappointed with the food here for 40 bucks you wouldn't believe what they brought out to us. It was enough for a baby's meal. If you go to a crazy crab chain restaurant in the area you get wayyyyyy more food. Feel bad paying 100 bucks for what little we got.

Glad I found this place, tasty and fresh seafood for being so far from the beach. No wait, hostess and server were super friendly and attentive. Quick to get our dinners out. Nice atmosphere and a great draft beer selection! We will be back!
