Only gripe I have is that the completely redid the interior. The doughnut factory is gone, and there is a brief history of the franchise, from what I saw. I didn't pay attention to it mostly, I was focused on my agenda. With the factory being gone, kid is can't watch the doughnuts anymore, which sucks becut, even as an adult, that was one of the best things about it

My son and I arrived at 7:15pm when the “hot” sign was on. We got to the window at 7:38pm only to receive ice cold original cold doughnuts. This is the third time we have visited this location while the hot sign was on and received cold doughnuts. We are highly disappointed and will not be returning.

As a rewards member I was disappointed that we could not use our coupon for a franken dough dozen as they were sold out for a original dozen wasn’t asking for assorted just plain oh well 🤷♀️

I encourage people to open the boxes prior to leaving. We’ve been here twice within the last month. Both times, we got an assorted dozen and a glazed dozen. They never tell you that they’re out a specific donut, they just replace it with a glazed. Considering the assorted ones cost more - they’re ripping people off doing this. It’s always in the evening, too.

I stopped by to get fresh donuts and they are not fresh. Apparently they were made yesterday. They are not soft like fresh donuts. I ask the girl what do you get if getting assorted and instead of answering my question she gave me the stale donuts. The one's you get for a fund raiser are fresher than what you get at 3 in the evening. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

There is NO REASON they should EVER run out of plain original glazed ,the thing that makes them continue to flourish period ..with all the employees and the fact they have a 80% automated conveyor, they shouldn't be slacking on simply mixing and dumping the batter in to be ready whenever ANYONE comes in ...smh so disappointed frfr ...smh !!!
