This is the closest store to us which is 30 mins away, the last few times we have been there. They have no donuts, employees just standing around. You can't sell them if you don't have them, not sure what is going on. Would not recommend anyone to go there. Always being told they have sold out, 2 to 3 hours before closing on a Saturday evening. Please help, we need one in Surry county nc.

I went inside the store today got a assorted dozen of donuts. They gave me the bag and when I got home, I noticed I had a small extra box of meanie assorted balls. So I said oh cool I guess they giving this free with assorted dozen (I thought in my head) but when I open the dozen of donuts it a completely different order which I would have kept if I Was a fan of chocolate, but it was mainly all chocolate kind of donuts so I said you know what I’m a go back so I can get what I had originally ordered and give this back to them and get my order when I get there, they give me what I ordered because I had the receipt and told them they gave me the wrong thing, but I told them since I had already started eating the little small balls if I could just keep it, especially since I went all the way home, which is 10 minutes away And back and they said no they were going to throw it away. I said well what difference does it make if I already started eating them and you’re going to throw them away and then I had to waste my time to come back mind you my son has the flu so that’s the reason why I wanted to treat him Today. The lady was very rude because I asked in a nice way, but you know what this location has always been where all of my family goes and from now on I will tell them my experience today and we will never come back and I will tell anyone in my area that wants Krispy Kreme to not go to the store

So, I stopped by this location this afternoon to take advantage of the 13 cent dozen when I buy a dozen deal for Friday the 13th. Unfortunately, they had zero doughnuts for sale for my 13 cent dozen. No alternatives were offered. I would at least made it right with the customers. Poor planning equals loss of revenue. How can you run a doughnut store without doughnuts for sale. Will not return to this location.
Reply To The Owner: I don't know who's expectations you would meet when you have nothing to sell. I don't care about taking some dumb survey that will change nothing. If I were you, I would be working in my business and trying to change things for the better. You have a lot of one star reviews regarding the same issue I had and poor product quality. Lose enough customers and you will not have a business. If I want KK I will go to another location. Enjoy the money I have spent with you over the years.

You can't beat a Krispy Kreme donut especially in the city where they hail
Today I ordered an assorted and an original glaze dozen with a special request. The manager, Christina, was so kind and filled my request. I really appreciated her positivity even though the lines in the drive-through and inside the store were super long! Kudos to Christina and the University Parkway location of Krispy Kreme!

We were at the ine in university pkwy and they were very helpful and friendly answered questions we had before we got anything. We took doughnuts to our sons football game and had to make sure one child would be able to eat one. Because he is allergic to nuts so we asked about any chance of cross contact with nuts of any kind. They said no because no special doughnuts were not being made. So we were able to get the football team some and of course they loved them for a treat after the game. They all said thank you
