Terrible product, I spend $9.50 on 2 large original glazed iced coffees and when he handed them to me I was baffled at how small they were, even if I had ordered a small iced coffee I still would’ve thought it was a little to small, that’s how small this iced coffee was, I did the math and these 2 cups combined costed about a dollar to make and I paid $9.50, they profited like $8.50 and not to mention they didn’t even fill it up all the way and it tasted black, this is honestly the most I have ever been gotten over on money wise by a restaurant, horrible experience.

Did not have any of the donuts that were advertised on their sign. Hot now sign on and donuts were not hot. Customer service was horrible, he opened the window and took my money and handed me my order without saying a word. I’ll take the extra drive to go to the other location next time.

When I went, it was a Tuesday morning. They had doughnuts. The service was fine. Nothing great but definitely nothing bad.Personally, I had a simple order. But, my 4 other friends all ordered drinks and doughnuts. All seemed happy.I, personally, had a good experience here. Just one thing… this location is a bit smaller than other locations I’m used to back home.

Great donuts for celebrations. First coffee was stale and second coffee had grind bits on the bottom. Male manager is very helpful but one of the female manager not so nice. She said she had no clue about the game day special and free coffee day and I had to show her in app about it. Then she tried to charge me full price anyways but somehow fixed itself when confronted.

If I could give ZERO stars I would ! I ordered an hour ago and I'm still waiting 20 minutes later, gave me the wrong order to begin with and didn't get my milkshakes, and being rude as hell about it. I see bad reviews everywhere I wish I didn't come here now. I could hear the staff talking foul about customers, then they shut the window real fast. Finally get my doughnuts and they were hardly glazed I don't know what I paid for. Bread? Horrible horrible experience, I almost never want Krispy Kreme doughnuts again. This location should be completely restaffed. I'll never come here again either way.
