Worst customer service in the world the Hispanic lady was helping someone that was great I was waiting afterwards instead of her saying hi how my I help u she went to the back cut a pizza down the middle I peeped my head around the corner because now 2 of us have walked in then she finally came to the counter

Normally spot on except once when the pizza was a little dry. I mentioned this and the employee gave me a marinara sauce, on the house. Small things add up.

Employees were very rude when asked to make my pizza over because it was burned. Short dark lady took my pizza to the back and started eating it like she never ate in her life! Still made my pizza wrong. Very disappointed

Customer service horrible and cashier lied about charging for extra sauce

They don't cook the pizza long enough, or the oven isn't hot enough. The dough is never crispy, always floppy, and soft as a hotdog bun.

My pizza had over 2 inches on one side with no sauce, cheese or pepperoni. Supposed to be a pretzel pizza and it has not salt on it either. Called the store for a replacement and was told since we had a slice out of it already they wouldnt remake. Just plain ridiculous.

Ordered sliced n stix which come with crazy sauce through door dash. Called store to make sure they put crazy sauce in order because they forgot previously, employee said ok. GOT ORDER NO CRAZY SAUCE FOR GARLIC BREAD. Employee and manager Dwayne told me the door dasher has to request the sauce or they will not give it to them although it’s INCLUDED in amount paid. THIS POLICY MAKES NO SENSE!!

Honestly I don't know why I keep fooling with this particular little caesars. Maybe it's because it's closer to my house, and it's my fault that I keep coming here. Either they need their ovens fixed or they need timers, I would love to at least get a pizza or Puffs that are done completely and not doing in the inside.
