No issue other than no one greeted me when I came in. Pizza pickup was available in the lockbox.

Jorge was the BEST employee there, he helped me pick my favorite pizza toppings and he was very sweet and silly.

Don't try to pick your pizza up at 9:17 at night on a Wednesday they shut the lobby down before 10:00 despite what's on the posted sign.
Or at least cancel carry out so you don't go up and pull on the door or check the walk up pick up area

They take time to deliver your pizza but it is because it comes out of the oven right to your hands a fresh warm pizza.

Had someone walk up to me while I was in the drive thru and ask for money and try to pull my door handle to open my door. The pizza was hot but hard to bite through like it was previously stale. The food took FOREVER to come out and the breadsticks were BURNT!!

Manager Jeff just gave the worst customer service. I have ever seen. Client came into the establishment to get I believe puffs for his son remade as they looked burnt. He asked could they be remade because his son will not eat them. The manager Jeff told the client they looked fine and that, he was not going to remake the food. The customer became angry and asked for a refund. Jeff the manager said he could not refund a single item. Then the customer said he will contact corporate then a refund was given. The whole exchange was just displeasing to watch seems that management could have attempted to just recook the order. Horrible customer but good useless good and hot.

I strongly dislike coming to this establishment because they are very slow and it takes forever in drive thru.

This place always has a line around their drive thru not because they’re great because they never have any food ready 😑 the whole point of the franchise is “hot n ready”. The 2 things you will for sure get here 100% of the time is a nasty attitude and a 20 min wait. Go to kernersville

I really enjoyed Little Ceasars so much. We buy pizza whenever we're hungry or for a birthday. I really enjoyed it and some friends who work at Little Ceasars. They are all kind and respectful to everyone. Doing their job is a great responsibility for them. I really hope to get more soon :)) 🤞🏼
