I’ve been to this location many, many times as I’ve lived in the area since the store opened. Love their pizzas and wings. Today I stopped by to get a pepperoni and wings. I waited more than five mins before Rob came up front. I ask if they had any pizza ready and he said yes. He said he couldn’t ring up the order because the manager had to unlock the register. Where’s the manager? In the back doing manager stuff. Can you go get them. No, they are busy with applications that came in today. Are you serious?? Customers come first. After 10 mins of trying to order, I ask for the Regional Mgr #. I got it and went to my car and called… No answer, left a Msg and no return call. They should just lock the door!!

Undercooked pizza. I live close to here and have been coming since i was younger. the workers were so good and cooked the food thoroughly and it looked appetizing before but now they leave the bread sticks raw instead of cooked and the dough of the pizza half raw as wellS

Why are you never hot and ready? Disappointed. Had to wait 15 minutes for one large pepperoni pizza...

I have frequented this Little Caesars a few times.

Each time I go, the experience is relatively the same. I always go for a hot and ready pick-up (I need to remember to use the app more), and it's always ready when I get there, or I have to wait a few moments, because I live so close to this location.

This time, I got something I had never had before: some of their Garlic Parmesan wings. They were good, but I had never seen chicken wings smaller than these; they must have come from some kind of dwarf chicken. However, save for their size, they were good, even if they were a bit salty.

I enjoyed my experience, and when I am in a time crunch again, I am sure I will be back!

I mean they’re very honest of what to expect you’re getting a large pizza for 7 bucks that pretty much sum it up. When they’re hot they’re easy to eat, after that not so much

Many “manny”

I wanted to try the new stuffed pretzel pizza, and what a huge disappointment. It was so unpalatable! I couldn't tell if it was round or octagonal. It was very poorly made and full of fat and had a bad taste. Waste of money, but the other Hawaiian pizza I ordered was worth it.

We have eaten here numerous times, the pizza is good and everything looks sanitary. All the staff are young so alot of hick ups happen but overall it's ok. Hate how the prices keep going up but that's everything in the world as well

UPDATE 2: Today marks one full month since my order was cancelled and I still have not received a refund.
UPDATE: It seems I was lied to, that a refund was NOT processed the day of the incident, but was actually processed 2 days after I called customer service, which was 10 business days after the actual purchase, and the refund will still take 10-12 business days from the day of the refund. It has now been 20 days since this happened and I don’t have my money back yet.
ORIGINAL POST: I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with a recent transaction I had, I have never had this problem but it has really left a sour taste on Little Ceasar’s. On March 29th I ordered a pizza and some crazy bites for my kids since they were out of school. 45 minutes later I received a message that my order had been cancelled. Firstly there was ZERO reason provided on why it was cancelled. I actually had to call Customer Service to ask why and request a refund. A deliver driver that was not assigned to my order picked up my order in error. Instead of asking the location staff to remake my order and deliver it to me, they cancelled my order and left. I had to place another order which took another 45 minutes. I was expecting the first charge to just fall away since the order was cancelled but I was charged for BOTH orders. In total I was charged more than $70 for what was probably really only $20 worth of food. Each order was $35 and change after taxes fees and tip. Standard bank timing for refunds is 7-10 business days so on the 8th business day I called Customer Service to confirm they did in fact process my refund. They stated that I needed to wait until the 17th to call back. WHAT?! That’s 12 business days, 17 calendar days… that is absolutely ridiculous. So 1. The company needs to rethink their procedure of what to do if someone picks up the wrong order, because simply cancelling it and walking away is wild. 2. 12 business days for a refund is absolutely criminal. 2. No one should be charged for cancelled orders. Orders should be a pending charge and cancelled order charges should just fall away. And 3. No one, NO ONE, has offered me any sort of compensation, not a coupon, not a discount, not a free pizza, not a free drink, nothing. Nothing at all considering I have now been forced to pay more than $70 for a pizza. I am not a wealthy person, I live paycheck to paycheck and this was a treat for my kids on their spring break. Do better please.
