I normally love Marcos! Traveling and ordered delivery. Pizza was okay, I accidentally ordered thick crust. Im a topping gal and they were definitely not in abundance especially since I paid for extra cheese. Also ordered cinnamon bites only to receive baked bread with icing NO cinnamon. Guess it wasnt my night!

Came in tonight 5 minutes before closing and ordered a pepperoni slice…everyone was so friendly and the pizza was delicious and HUGE! I am a New Yorker in town for a family event and was very pleasantly surprised at how good this was!

We love Marco's Pizza. Many times we eat inside Marco's .No matter what day of the week, always clean and staff is friendly and professional. The food is always good, pizza,salads breads and desserts. I'm sure all the food on there menu is great!

Well I keep getting pizza w slim toppings. Most fo thr time I get it and it is good. The past time I got it it had 1 to 3 pepperoni on each piece. So the guy gave me credit to get another one. This time I called and the guy said well you have to come get it 12.99 delivery hmmm then I thre a dollar in tip jar when I picked it up and asked for garlic sauce and he said that would be a dollar. Dang, I should have took my dollar back out of that damn jar. Since that was my only dollar. Good customer service would have been I am sorry your pizza was not right for you we can bring one and since I came to get it. He should have said for all your trouble you can have a sauce. Customer service is very important 👌 the girls there have always been so nice. Consistency would be nice.

I’ve came to this store on and off for the past few years, one thing I’ve noticed is they never keep any of the same staff and it’s always someone new messing up my order/ giving me the wrong information over the phone if we do delivery.

Ever since the new female manager came in a they got rid of male manager it’s been nothing but problems with her when I come in at least. she’s rude to guests every time I come in and she’s on her phone and has to finish what she’s doing before she assists me or another guest or doesn’t assist at all and other employees have to stop what they are doing to help a guest or she’ll be sitting in the back by the dish pit on her phone and comes up with the crappiest excuses as to why she can’t do something and the way she treats staff that have been at this location longer than she has is disgusting I believe her name is crystal when I had asked her for her name she refused by ignoring me and then telling me that she didn’t do nothing wrong so she didn’t have to.
The new management is amazing! Can’t wait eat here more now!

Food arrived barely room temperature (on the cool side) and a good 20+ minutes later than anticipated.
Sub sandwich not well put together.
The triple pepperoni magnifico was delicious as always but still room temperature.
I strongly suggest if you only have one delivery driver you should require pickup only. It isn't fair to your one driver to deal with hangry paying customers.
Really not worth the $, time or headache.

I'm 76 yes. old and I've eaten a lot of pizza but Marco's on Jonestown Rd. is the best pizza I've ever had. It's consistently fresh and well made, my favorite place hands down.

Ridiculous. I placed an order and immediately called to adjust it, as the option wasn't available on Doordash. After the man that answered the phone talked to his boss about only putting toppings on half of the pizza, which took a little bit, I was told my pizza was already in the oven. As someone who as a kid worked in at least 3 pizza places I am well aware that you can pull the pizza out from the side of the oven to adjust it. When I spoke to the manager Sean, he basically said there was nothing he could do, tried to argue with me, then hung up on me when I told him I'd call their corporate office, like a child lol. So instead of making me a new pizza because they didn't want to lose $3 in the cost that it takes to make one, I had to call Doordash to cancel my order. So, there goes food costs I guess. This all could've been so easy but some kid clearly couldn't comprehend that. What an idiotic way to lose business.
