My family went at an off time on a Sunday. We were one of only a couple tables being occupied. We still received great service. Good was excellent as well.

Good quality burgers at a good price. The menu is classic American, offering a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, salads and appetizers all boasting the ability to satisfy your American food craving. My table got a salad, customized burger, and two max burgers. All were cooked to order and exactly what we expected. They also have a variety of shakes and adult shakes that looked amazing. I will definitely be back to try out more on the menu!

This will be the best burger you ever eat. Haley was great. If you haven't eaten here, you are missing out big time.

This place is DELICIOUS! The BEST service, food and drinks!! My husband and I are looking to buy a house in this area and we were passing by this place and decided to stop in. Wow! We were so impressed! Best burger place either of us have ever been too. The waitress was a SWEETHEART too! Even the bar tender came and asked if I like my drink after she made it. Excellent service! Left a 25% tip and will definitely be back!

This afternoon's #Aristogrub was a great burger and a delicious app at Maxburger Burger Bar & Grill, just south of Winston-Salem, NC. We saw this place a few weeks back and are happy we made the trip back. We arrived at 11:45 am and the parking lot was packed. When we entered we realized that the bulk of the cars in the lot were there for the neighboring "Breakfastime" restaurant and were seated immediately. YEAH, COKE PRODUCTS! The place has a bit of a roadhouse feel, with booths, a couple of high tops with sturdy metal and wood stools and tables and chairs. Though I can imagine that the place could get noisy, that wasn't the case today. They do have a few TVs suspended from the ceiling but nothing on the scale of a sports bar. Our server was Trinity and she was excellent. Friendly and helpful, she guided us through their menu and made popular suggestions as well as mentioning a few of her personal favorites. I was intrigued by their Avocado Empanada appetizer, and my bride wanted to try their tomato bisque soup, so while we continued to study the menu Trinity got those started. One of Trinity's top choices was the Americana Burger. I had been eyeing it because it has a fried egg, but it also had ham, which I didn't want. My next choice might have been the Dre Burger, which has bacon but no egg. I ask about swapping out the ham for bacon on the Americana and was told that was no problem at all. The apps arrived and the empanadas weren't at all what I was expecting. Instead of being folded pockets of fried dough they were rolled egg roll style. I immediately assumed that they would simply be "Southwestern Eggrolls" like I've had at places like BJ's. I was wrong. They were simply avocado and Pico de gallo. They were served with a tomato sauce that I assumed was simply a marinara, but it was more like a slightly thinned sweet tomato paste. To be honest, it went together perfectly with the empanada. My bride enjoyed her soup and chicken salad sandwich and said the onion rings excellent as well. One final observation: I'm doing my best to remove carbohydrates from my diet so I ordered a side of broccoli with my burger. (I know, I know. Don't judge me.) I swear they must've given me all the broccoli that they had in the kitchen! As broccoli goes it was good and I ate it all, but nobody needs that much broccoli!

Decided to try this place when the neighboring restaurant was on a long wait.... 4 in our party. We ordered the Fried Green tomatoes to start- bland batter that was dripping with grease. 3 of us ordered burgers- The Tarheel, The American, and a CYO on a “bibb lettuce wrap”, the 4th person ordered chicken tenders. Both the Tarheel and the American’s brioche buns were soaked with butter, burnt and dripping with grease. The CYO was served on a bed of lettuce -not bibb- the lettuce was soggy - again due to the level of grease. The chicken tender were undercooked. The mac and cheese side tasted like it was pre-made out of a can. The FFs and tatertots were mediocre. If the subpar cuisine wasn’t bad enough- our server acted like we interrupted her state of what had to be boredom considering the place was empty- on a saturday- during primetime lunch hours. She also huffed when I asked for additional condiments that were missing from my burger. (Side note: the ketchup bottle had black gook around the rim ?) She didn’t crack a smile until it was time for us to pay for our meal. It was an expensive $75 lesson learned- next time we will wait for the place next door.

Fried pickles were so hard you couldn't eat them. Short on staffing drinks with little or no ice in the drinks. My wife asked for mayonnaise on cheesesteak and it didn't have it very unhappy doubt we will be back
