Mayberry Ice Cream Restaurants

This Mayberry's is located close to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. I left the hospital after an early Drs appointment and went by to get a hotdog and a chocolate sundae, unfortunately they were not open yet and I had to get on the road. I will return to get a sundae or banana split when on this side of town again to see if they are still as good as I remember from years ago.

The strawberry milkshake is amazing and the banana split is absolutely perfect and a big size so be a little greedy and enjoy

We have been coming to Mayberry's for over 40 years. Our kids grew up eating hot dogs and ice cream. The bean and bacon soup is great. The wait staff is wonderful!

I called in my order over the phone. Mark was rude, sarcastic and rushing me through my order. One example: One of the many items I ordered was a fudge brownie delight which comes hot so I asked to have the hot fudge or ice cream separate so that it would not melt. He told me he would have to charge me for a cup. I said well I have always gotten it made separate with no extra charge. Duh..it's a togo order. I really shouldn't have to ask for that accommodation. Anything hot with ice cream is gonna melt it almost instantly. So that should be common since to not make togo ice cream orders with hot toppings together. When my daughter got there all 3 different ice cream items was already made and the food wasn't even ready yet. She questioned it and they kept saying well the order is already paid for. So yes all the ice cream was melted when I got it home... I live less than 5 minutes away..the one thing I requested not to happen they let it happen along with the bad customer service. Also he told me the wrong total. When I got the receipt it was more than what he told me.

The ice cream was great the price was a little high

There were 11 of us and the staff was very friendly. Ice cream was delicious!! All the kids are desperate to go back!

We stop for ice-cream and they were very busy but it didn't take long to get our order, the ice-cream was very good the staff was friendly and the the restaurant was clean. We would recommend Mayberry Ice Cream.
