This Mayberry's is located close to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. I left the hospital after an early Drs appointment and went by to get a hotdog and a chocolate sundae, unfortunately they were not open yet and I had to get on the road. I will return to get a sundae or banana split when on this side of town again to see if they are still as good as I remember from years ago.

We stop for ice-cream and they were very busy but it didn't take long to get our order, the ice-cream was very good the staff was friendly and the the restaurant was clean. We would recommend Mayberry Ice Cream.

I have heard for years about this place being a staple in the Winston Salem and truly North Carolina community. Yet, I'm not a big sweets person. I didn't know that someday berry's are restaurants. \n\nWe came around lunch. I got a burger and fries. It was pretty good.
