egregious wait times. my wife & i got there curbside because no one else was parked, for just a burger and some fires. after about 10 minutes of waiting, a family next to us FULL of kids got there. we could tell they’d be waiting a while. come to find out they got their food before we did. and they had a lot. im just very upset how we had to wait longer simply because someone else ordered more than us. we got out food after about 35 minutes only because i had to go inside myself. this is very bad on you guys and i will NEVER return to this location. my food was cold by the way. 0/10

I visited this location this morning and placed an order for three McGriddles and a steak bagel. I paid at the first window, drove to the second window, and realized I wanted a small coffee. I was told they don't have a register and that I'd have to drive around the drive-thru again. Meanwhile, there was no one else in line. I drove off.

Customer service sucks. If she can come to the window and tell me there's no register, she can take my order. It's ridiculous how bad customer service has gotten. I've never experienced anything like this. I've ordered from the second window a few times before, and they've walked over and rung it up—especially when the place is empty.

All I saying is I pull up to the drive thru to only purchase a large French frie which is high asf alone but that’s all I wanted bc of my diet lol I ate two fries out the box, but as I’m writing this now I’m still chocking on, went back around for another FRESH FRIE and got the same results, never again never 👎🏾 I never know yall fries to be hard and not bc they’re skinny or whatever

I ordered my food and paid at the window. They told me to park and they bring my food out to me. No ever came to my car. They stole my money. I will never go back. I will drive all the way to Peter’s creek before I go back there.

I came her for some food and I dig into my bag and I pulled out some fries and my fries was green and I was trying to tell the manager about my fries being green instead of her replacing my fries she got mad at me and told me to get Recommend not spending your hard working money her I will never eat here again after get Modi fries follow Tasty integral on Instagram for more info on this nasty restaurant.
