Waited 25 minutes for a quarter pounder meal and while waiting people coming and asking for me to buy a cheese burger. After I finally received my order to go the burger wasn’t even cooked ( Rare). Also people sleeping at the dining room tables. Unbelievable! The young lady at the register was very nice, that’s why I gave 2 stars for service.

I live nearby and typically enjoy McDonalds from time to time but this location is a sad excuse for representing the McDonald’s brand. Bland, tasteless food and an extremely long wait for three items ordered online with the app. Almost $9 for a so called Big Arch Burger that is the same size as the advertised $2 Big Mac and mine was tasteless. I have been cheated.

There suppose to open lobby at 5 am like it says in the door. I come at 5:45 every morning to get coffee. I have to catch my bus at 6:10 so convenient that there open that early. I come today and there closed the guy at the drive thru is telling me 6 am when they always opened at 5 am. I can't get my morning coffee or I will miss my bus to work very disappointed!!

I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes because I was stuck between cars. I couldn't cancel my order because it said it was already in progress. When I finally got to the window they told me to come inside. They couldn't find my mobile order, then they told me to set the pick up for the counter. When I set the pick up to the counter it automatically canceled my order. The manager was very rude and acted as if it was my fault and I was inconveniencing her. I asked for the food anyway and the manager told me no she wasn't going to comp my meal because I didn't pay for it. I did pay for it and the system then canceled it right the infront of her. The app says it can take up to 7 days for a refund too. I was stopping after I picked my son up from an after school activity at 9pm, so my son ended up eating a sandwich at home instead since McDonald's couldn't function.

Took 20 minutes for a curbside happy meal and my tea isn't even tea its the equivalent of brown water,thats how watered down it was

There was a hair cooked in my scrambled eggs 🤮. I have to wait forever and a day on food thats been made. I sit here and watch all the other orders go out before mines. I’m pregnant. I just want to eat! My baby sick of ts. It makes me I’ll just to eat. It’s sad! Because this is a location I support!

The service is slow inside and drive thru if you dine in your waiting for the cashier who is never at the front then drive thru they have two lines but take one order at a time I ordered food two days ago it was wrong and one of my sandwiches wasnt hot like the other one then I was so mad and forgot my drink went back and a short Hispanic lady tried to argue with me talking about no baby I didnt remember you but I just pulled off 20 to 30mins after realizingI didnt have my drink she was the reason my order was wrong cause I said no ice in my drink and had ice anyway they take your order but when you get to the window you have to make sure its right and before leaving never will I eat there again poor customer service but Im the one spending money

I ordered a single combo through the drive-thru, and to avoid lowering their falsely reported service times, they made me park. It took them more than 5 minutes. It's supposed to be fast food service; I was in a hurry and went through the drive-thru for speed, but it wasn't fast at all. And this isn't the first time, as I live near this branch. Terrible service and terrible wait times... the times they report to the company are lies.
