Just left from The drive-through and had a really horrible customer service experience from an employee named Chloe. She was very rude and not understanding what I was trying to say at all her attitude was very dismissive and uncalled for I often come to this location, but I don’t think I will be back if she is at the drive-through.

Bad customer service gave me very greasy fries that looks like they never drained them or gave me some extra grease drizzle so I asked for fresh fries and they told me to wait which was fine but I here a employee yelling where are all these people coming from is it back to school on a Saturday which made me honestly want to get my money back will never eat at this place they need better staff

Myself as well as the two cars in front of my had to pull to the side and wait for our food. This is horrible for a drive thru…Establishment isn’t prepared for regular menu items and staff had bad attitude…Sad McDonald’s and definitely wouldn’t recommend

Just sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes while multiple people went past me on the other ordering device said hello three times nobody ever responded probably won’t be ever coming back to this one. The One in Clemmons is better.
What the hell, guys. Our family lives 5 minutes from your store and have been regulars in your drive thru for going on 8 years. If I order 4 drinks and I’m by myself, why not automatically assume I need a drink tray? Why do I have to ask for it? Do you think I want to reach around my car with drinks to put them in cup holders? Two different employees have done this on two occasions now, telling me you can’t spare a piece of cardboard that is literally at your window for the sake of your convenience and mine. Your service quality has been awful. Be better.
