Have gone here sometimes twice in a day and almost daily for years. Never disappointed in their caring attitude and friendliness. Wish all McDonalds like them!!

Place a mobile order through the drive thru and they would not answer me on the machine and then when I pulled up to the window the man working kept peeking around the corner to see if I was still there, but never wanted to come to the window and all I ordered was a large ice water and a frozen coke, how lazy do you have to be to not make drinks at least.

Ordered food off the mobile app an hour before closing and went to pick it up and the person inside didn’t come to the drive through and locked the door when I went to go inside. Also didn’t answer the phone when I called but I could see them sitting there doing nothing. Again this was a full hour before closing

Website lists they close at 12. The doors say they close at 12, but anytime I go after 11, they dont answer the drive thru box even though you can clearly see they are open. They simply don't want to help customers. Either fix the issue or update your hours. Stop wasting people's time and gas.

Acted like I was an idiot they didnt have my order ready. Did a mobile order and talked to the person at the drive thru, not the automated message, who told me to go to the second window. Which I did. Then they questioned on if I even paid for my order

I went through the drive-thru @ this McDonald's this morning, just after the switch over to lunch (10:47 a.m.). I purchased a Filet-o-fish meal.
I took the meal to my office, just down the road, to eat for lunch.
In my very first bite of the sandwich, I bit down on something that just didn't feel right. I spat out most of the mouthful of food.
I was surprised to find a small cluster of what I can assume is fish bones, but not before one had gone down my throat and had me gagging, choking and sticking my finger down my throat.
I am aware that this is more of a supplier issue and not this particular franchise's fault. However, this just stands as a warning to be very careful and inspect your food, before consumption. I could have choked or ruptured my esophagus!
I did call the McDonald's customer service and made a formal complaint.

For the Pfafftown and Robinhood area, this is the best most efficient McDonalds in the area. The crew running this location appears to operate very smoothly. And the food is delivered in a timely manner.
Looking for a quick snack?, Highly recommend.

If you go when there’s no teenagers usually it’s good, but if you see lots of teens just leave cuz your food will be cold and wrong 100% of the time also every plain burger will have onion pieces smeared on it without fail

I reviewed this McDonalds. WHile ago and gave it a one star. They have improved a few things and dont pull you forward EVERY SINGLE VISIT anymore. I still have the occasional missing item but the staff there are more than accomodating and will fix any issue I run into.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Someone thought it was a good idea to “update the store’s software” at 6pm on a Friday… they couldn’t serve me the food I’d already ordered and paid for through the app. They had no idea how to correct the situation and I ended up having to go through corporate to sort things out. Bad management/ poor ownership to make these types of decisions.
