I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald's recently. The wait time was ridiculously long, and it seemed like there were too many workers for how slow everything was moving. It was baffling to watch so many employees just standing around, not doing anything productive. It felt like no one was taking charge, and it took way longer than it should have to get my order. I expected faster service, especially with so many people working, but it was just frustrating. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

The Hispanic lady is working there that day is really Rude, my friend don't speak Spanish and try to speak to her in Spanish but the lady doesn't answer in Spanish, so I decided talk to her, but the bad part is that she doesn't speak good English 🙄 nunca he entendido porque los hispanos no todos pero si muchos si trabajan en Macdonald no quieren hablar español 🤷🏼♀️ será que les prohíben hablarlo??

The white lady who rings people up at the front gets on my nerves and she acts like she can either not hear or put in a simple request. I am so tired of coming to this McDonalds and as soon as I walk in, she is staring at me like she has never seen someone like me before. I just don't understand how this side of town is so diverse but a lot of the people over here are so racist, even the white people sometimes which used to not be a problem.

This is an update. I’ve been going here for 6 years and this year the customer service is awful. If you have a complaint(missing ketchup, need extra sauce), then employees are going to start staring at you. All of the employees are Hispanic now. What happened?

I'm not really happy because I got a Bacon cheeseburger I wanted Shredded lettuce and tomato and light mustard and ketchup and add spicy pepper sauce and the one who took my order did amazing job that wasn't the problem and I get it that order might be complicated and the reason why I am very upset it's because it was for my grandma

Attempted to grab my order through drive-thru. After paying they asked me to wait at the 3rd window, which I had no problem with. HOWEVER… I sat there waiting for 15-20 minutes for nothing, watching a WHOLE LINE of people get served behind me. I eventually just went inside and asked what the deal was and got my food. ALL I ordered was a mcchicken, double cheeseburger, and fries, all of which were COLD……. Don’t even waste your time or breathe here, just drive the extra minute or 2 down the road to the Hanes mall McDonald’s cuz these people in here getting high instead of makin my food 💀 DO BETTER
They mess up my order constantly then they gave me my drink to only make me wait 20 minutes for my food my cold coffee drinks I bought for someone else melted and was nasty I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone. They were very unprofessional and impolite. I will be calling cooperate on them. The lady at the drive threw had a attitude when I asked for new drinks due to the coffees being water downed.

This restaurant is a disgrace to the McDonald’s name. The worst part is that an employee threw my receipt away so I couldn’t fill out their survey on the McDonald’s website. The employee that threw away the receipt dug around in the trash pretending to look for it and proceeded back to work without washing their hands. The manager in the picture did not want to help me with the issues I was having and wanted to act ignorant instead. I would not visit this McDonald’s!!!!
