I ordered the big breakfast and made sure as I was ordering that there would be a hashbrown (it's my favorite part). Upon opening my order to eat, it had no hash brown. I had my heart set on it and was very disappointed.

The young lady taking the order in the drive-thru had NO idea what all came on the sandwich, it took her literally 1 min to find out from somebody in the store. Then once I got my food I had to send the fries back for not being hot! McDonald's is known for HOT FRIES....could I please get some? So when they told me to pull forward and wait another 5min, the fries still came out SLIGHTLY WARM! Had it not been for the fact that I just left the Ortho doctor and had a "walking boot" on, I definitely would have gotten out the car and went inside to complain. But I had to get something on my stomach so I could take my pain meds. FAST FOOD just is not what it used to be! I really feel like they took my old fries and just put them in a different bag and brought them back out to me again....total let down!

It never fails every single time I come to this McDonald’s through the drive-through my order is never right either the sweet tea right my fries ain’t right my steak bagel ain’t right. The whole store can’t get right. I swear to God every single time I come to the store it ain’t right and I’m tired of it bro. Tired of spending my money at this McDonald’s.

employees are great...my complaint is i come by everyday and the milkshake machine is always down...ALWAYS!! dont advertise milkshakes n McFlurries if it never works. oh and this has been since the first of oct 24 it is now jan25....find out what machines COOKOUT uses theirs always works

One of the nastiest facility I’ve ever been to. The bathroom was atrocious. I will add that this was at 8:00 am, isn’t like it was late night after a busy dinner time.

Waited for food wasn't greeted or told there would be a wait or anything. manager gets an attitude because I'm speaking with someone else about how customer service and workers are not what they used to be and the guy agrees saying he used to work in fast food as well and how it was and the guy was a little more angry than I was but the manager was nice to him about it but as soon as my order was ready he throws the bag AGGRESSIVELY on top of the pick up stand like a 4 year old!!! mind you it's supposed to go in the middle. My thing is we weren't greeted and there was plenty of people working for things to be done better and to act like that at work towards a customer is beyond ignorant and disgusting. No apology or anything was given. I just can't seem to understand why do people come to work and mistreat customers and if they don't want to be there and are not mentally available just leave. Especially in management it's a horrible representation of the company.

I came through just to grab something before work, ask for a cup of ice.. they told me to pull up I waited and waited and guess what no cup of ice. Part 2.. just had a mobile order and by mistake I hit inside instead of pick up through the drive-thru which is no problem so I walked inside for not much at all a couple things. no one was in the store I was not greeted . The worker just looked at me so I stated my mobile number she just turned around and started looking at her phone acting like she didn't have anything to do. kids what the hell up and realize you got to work when you go to work that's why it's called work!!!!!

Food is almost always cold ❄️ forgets drinks, and it takes them 20 minutes to make a cup of coffee. The prices are ridiculous high and the dollar menu doesn't even exist here.

I ordered a smoothie and paid for it, and when I got to the pick-up window, the lady said the smoothie machine was broke. That's fine. I need my 2.60 cents back then, please, so she said we'll I can give you a frappé. I said I don't drink coffee, but thanks. She slams the window goes and gets a smoothie and brings it, and so I said, "Is anything wrong with this she said I wouldn't drink it." I just left. So anyways, I looked at the reviews and noticed a low rating so I contacted McDonald's so they can review this store location.
