It's OK for McDonald's. It's just not the same. The store and employees are the best thing happening. The price went up and the sandwich was much smaller.

I live across the street from this store and I will no longer go to it. If you get an order of fries they will ask you to move forward and wait for someone to bring it out to you. Even if you are the only one in the drive thru. I just went and got a double at with cheese. The girl tried to give me another drivers order. Then asked me what I got. She put a fish sandwich in a quarter pounder box, NONE OF WHICH WAS RIGHT. This location sucks at night.

Typically the staff are wonderful in the mornings. Have never had any negative encounters. Only one instance where an iced coffee was only 85% full. Maybe the cold brew coffee was out. Would have rather waited a few minutes for a full cup.

A lot of my McDonalds rating comes from the preparation of their Caramel or Mocha Frappe. Can you taste the caramel? Does it have a creamy or slush like consistency? The rest of my rating comes from service, personality of employees, and timeliness. This McD’s rated high in all those areas. At least on this night. Thank you. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

In my experience with ones up North and down here the service and food overall are impeccable. The staff at this particular one is amazingly friendly, kind, polite and on top of the game which is why I gave them a four star rating. Like most places however all it takes is one bad apple to spoil it for the rest and that is why it wasn't a full 5 star rating. There are two specific staff, both management, one unfortunately the actual manager who are awful. I have worked in customer service my whole life and had I dared treat regular customers like my family and I have been treated I would have been fired immediately. Your customers are what keep you in business and your regulars should be getting treated with a slightly more special level of service for being loyal customers which means them regularly spending money in your establishment. That is not the case here and the owner of this particular franchise is supposedly the one encouraging the piss poor behavior from his managers. If we come in there 8 times a day and say just charge our phones some.of those times BECAUSE we are good customers I don't expect to have your manager walk up to me, speak down to me with an attitude and disrespect not to mention the fact his exact words were that we couldn't keep leaving and coming back...huh? So are we supposed to move in? Is this not what every customer does? I don't care what issues your having with other people coming in there that's not with us, we are daily good paying customers . You need to take up your issues with those people and not treat everyone the same. You do indeed have cameras so you can clearly see who is a problem and who is treating the environment and the staff with respect...oh yeah it's the regular customers you were so rude to FOR A SECOND TIME. I'm tired of trying to brush it off and just not say anything to keep the peace and affording you and the owner with grace while you treat people like trash and God forbid you were to say anything because then your banned and the cops are called. Everyone thinks the area I come from are an awful bunch of snobs who just naturally mistreat people? They'v have nothing on the individuals that do business down here. So good job...you treated a respectful customer so poorly you made them cry.

This McDonald's just could not seem to get my mobile order correct today, first of all I had to pull over for at least 15 minutes, I ordered Chicken nuggets, and a cheeseburger, I am pulled over waiting for my items and the girl keeps coming to my vehicle with the wrong order! I had someplace else to be, after her 3rd attempt, she came with two orders of mc nuggets! I just accepted them, but I was incensed! Have your food prepared, instead of making customers wait unnecessarily!

Anytime after 8PM, you'll be waiting in line for at least an hour. Slowest McDonalds in Winston!
