Almost every single time the younger staff is working its always a terrible experience. They are rude and do not care for any customer coming in. And when we do get our food they barely put fries in the bag. And get mad when you tell them to correct what is wrong in the order. This literally always happens. And this is the closest mcdonalds to us.

My wife and I went for breakfast, had a very friendly and helpful server taking our order. Brought our order out to us and again asked what else we needed or wanted. In today's times, he went above and beyond what most people in his position do.

Ordered 2, 20 piece nuggets and we only received one and didn’t realize until we had already left. this is ridiculous. your staff need to do better. don’t eat here they don’t care about you or your food

Going through the drive thru I ordered 2 Sausage Egg and cheese biscuits, 1 egg and cheese biscuit combo with a hash brown and a sweet tea. What I received was 1 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, 1 sausage and cheese McMuffin, and a chicken biscuit, no hash brown and a sweet tea. Not a single biscuit was correct and they did not give me my hash brown. I can understand forgetting something but after repeating my order back to me twice, I was certain it was correct. I advise you check your food and even open the wrappers before leaving the window

I placed an order, I asked if I can cancel the order and they said they can’t cancel it and I have to do it. I tried and it says they have to do it on their end and when I said for them to do it they gave it to me anyways and said they can’t do anything about it and when I wanted to add a medium fries deal they asked for my old code so I had to get out of it and since I did that I couldn’t use the code again. So I had to pay out of pocket because you have to wait 15 mins for another code and you can’t use the same code 2 times a day
