Place is trashed. Cold fries. Wet floors everywhere. All the staff are shuffling around like they hate their lives. Not looking at each other or communicating at all. Just complaining about the long drive thru line. What a disgrace.

The staff were very friendly. The order taker in the drive-thru was clear and understandable, the cashier at the window repeated my order and my food was hot and ready at the second window.
Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids meal and smaller portion hamburger, fries and drinks, shakes.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair access and plenty of parking.

I stopped in for something quick and easy and got neither. It took forever to get my food even in an empty restaurant with no drive through line.
My sandwich was cold even though they supposedly had just made it, the bun was so stale it was turning to dust in my hands, and the cheese wasn’t even on the sandwich itself!
I asked for a refund and the manager tried to short me on it until I pointed it out that he didn’t give me my whole refund. Worse than the Cloverdale Wendy’s for those of you who know it.

I went there to grab a quick bite. Not a chance I will ever eat there. I went to the bathroom and an employee was in the stall I waited for. He never washed his hands after taking a dump. I went to wash my hands and they don’t even keep soap in the men’s room. No one apparently washes their hands since there’s no soap. I went out to the counter and the guy I saw in the bathroom was handling and bagging food with his bare hands. No chance I will ever eat there.

I went to this McDonald's a few days ago. Ordered soft drink, cone of ice cream and small cup of water. After leaving i realized I was overcharged. I looked at receipt and was charged $1.50 for a cup of water. I needed it to take medication. I wasn't told of the cost. I love the soft serve ice cream but will never go back nor will I take my grandchildren. That is absurd for a cup of water. I hope they lose alot of business over water! Not bottled but regular water.

I order a #7 round 6:25pm... told to pull in #2 spot..I had been sitting there for a while . 6:50 get my food... welll let just say the food was cold..I said man this bag is cold reach in food was cold he just look at me & said he just brings the food out ..This bag had to be given to someone else 1st because it had the bald up effect to it... the guy that brought the food only came out with 1bag of food... and that bag had a receipt on it.... came with my bag.. it didn't have one.... to me he gave them my food then he brought my food they had to me...which he had already been to that car previously with food...some shit you just got to walk away from... dont get back out the car to address especially when you became hungry mad😒🙄🤐7.80 is what I paid.. ...I would have paid more because of my emotions...

Store needs new management. The service is horrible. Staff DONT speak when you enter the store. It always takes a long time to get your food and the store doesn’t be busy. Manger walk around eating food on the front line and while cooking and preparing the food. It was so unorganized and UNPROFESSIONAL!

82 degrees outside and very hot inside. Seems to be no AC. Placed order inside at 12:12pm. 2 happy meals for my kids. After 20 minutes we went to see where our food was. Apparently they just “missed” the order. So we waited a total of 25 minutes. Poor service is common at this location.
