It’s ridiculous how long every morning I’ve been a patron here, with literally only one car in front of me, they fail to get me out of the drive thru in 10 minutes. This morning I looked inside & there were plenty of workers &only one car in front of me in the drive thru who ordered a coffee. I ended up being in line for 10 minutes until I left without my simple order of coffee. I thought I was going to get to work early but I guess this whole location is incompetent. This visit made me realize McDonald’s food/corporation is trash but convenient, not counting Akron’s location. I’m deleting the app from my phone & the want for McDonald’s from my palette. They won’t be missed!!!!

Didn't eat there, came for a job. Sat for over an hour and went back to the counter to see if the manager was ready. They came a few minutes later and asked me to come back in 2 days. Not cool at all.

I love my neighborhood McDonald's the workers all know my face and are always smiling and being so nice and friendly. We go here probably 5 times a week. My favorite McDonald's in Winston-Salem nc

Just because I have a Spanish name, doesn't mean I speak fluently the language. It has taken place a few times, when I pick up our food and they start speaking to me in Spanish, not knowing what they are saying. The food is OK, they are just super slow and you can hear them chit-chatting a lot in the back. I have no other choice, as it is the closest one to us, but please educate the staff on how to address customers, also to maintain the quality and speed every die-hard customer is expecting. Last time we went, my wife's ice cream cone was less than an inch tall, more cone than ice cream, our fries were cold to the touch and super soggy. They need to bring this place back to standards.
If I could close that place down I would do it today they give you everything but what you order and when you take it back all you get is a smart mouth,I order a big breakfast no syrup no butter no fork I order a sausage egg mcmuffin no egg I order 2 sausage egg biscuit no eggs this every time I go there my order is always wrong them Mexican is the dam worst I hate that place its only 3 minutes from my house I choose to go to wendys better service mcdonalds on Akron Dr. Winston Salem that place is a 1 out of ten. They're always clean food is always fresh this is one of the cleanest mc Donald's with good quality food I've seen in North Carolina their score is 99% and I've seen it at 100% couple of times so good job tho who ever is manager at this location keep up the good quality
