I went to this McDonald’s I Friday because I was in the neighborhood it was on my 30 minute lunch break I ordered a sweet tea a small fry and a Mc chicken with cheese and mayo only. I would have been fine if it was made the regular way or if it had cheese and mayo and lettuce what really bothered me was the fact they put ketchup on my sandwich, it had cheese mayo lettuce and ketchup. I did not eat lunch that day because I didn’t know until I was already back at work this happened between 3-5 that day on 4-19-24

One of my favorite spots after we gas up because the kids love they Happy Meals and Somethin Bout them McDoubles get me Everytime. Overall the Phone took a minute to bring up the New Code on the App and The Lady Taking orders was very Helpful and Patient...I even tried to throw her off a little bit because i Speak 7 Languages and Spanish is one of them?...she fixed the order for me showed me the problem and I was back at the car Before school got out,??

No one in the dining area. Five cars in drive thru an it took almost 10 minutes to get coffee. !!! Order was wrong. Coffee not made right. The server was terrible.!! Smelling the drinks an poking at the food.must be new crew!!!!

Ordered well enough before close to be able to get my item I ordered. Pulled in and there are cones in each drive way and people were behind me. I had to drive around the machines to try and talk to someone. I was greeted by a kind and understanding young man, however, the manager- did not care about my situation or getting all these customers their food. The manager was literally hiding from me, I heard him talking to the young guy in drive through trying to “translate” and make this poor boy do and job he isn’t getting payed for. I had to ask to speak to him severaltimes. I really wasn’t being hostile at all- but I was upset. The manager clearly did not want to talk to me at all and seemed annoyed even though I was communicating in an adult calm manner, I was just upset. I tried explaining and being kind and he didn’t care and was clearly annoyed. Never coming back and I do NOT recommend trying to do mobile orders here.

The food was good when we received it. It wasn't a line but we still had to wait to get our food from the drive through which didn't really make sense to me. Overall the lady that brought our food out was pleasant and courteous, food fresh and hot. I'll be back when I stop through that way again.
