The service was unacceptably slow. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. Get to intercom where they ask my mobile order number then I pull forward. Only to be told at the window I need to drive back around because the pseudo manager was intelligent enough to use her computer and didn’t know how to obtain a large fry. Very rude. Clearly was undertrained on her position. Red headed white woman with rotting teeth.

Wow! McDonald's is really going downhill. Prices have gone up. Extra $1
For OJ, and they can't fill cup? They don't even put napkins out. I find this to be un cool. Charging more for less. The workers want higher wages, but at the same time, half of them can not accurately perform their job descriptions now. How do you ask for more while doing less. The food, though, looks and tastes fantastic.

Every time I come here they forget part of my order. Every. Single. Time. It’s almost impressive at this point. I once ordered through the app, got there, and they hit me with the classic “Oh, we don’t have that.” The girl told me she couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t give me a refund and directed me to the app’s customer service. Honestly, I don’t even know why I keep coming back. Sundaes are good though I guess.

Tried to mobile order, been sitting here for 40 minutes and counting. Went inside to see what's up but after standing around for nearly 10 minutes with nobody at the front counter I went back out to the car to wait. Our food came out while I was writing this review but we're missing our nuggets and my plain cheeseburger has more mayo than than burger with onions embedded into the bun as if they're sesame seeds.

Idk what's going on here but the place should be avoided, I'm not sure if this place is going to be open much longer. Even wrong the food tastes good but not 50 minute wait good.

Skip the McDonald’s on 2900 Reynolda rd in Winston Salem. They are completely incompetent. They have gotten my order wrong 5 out of 5 times with the latest being this evening. I will not eat there any more. Wendy’s is a block down the road.

They were rude and couldn't ring it up correctly all I ordered was a black coffee. The tap wasn't working so I offered my card and they still couldn't do it.

There was a mix up with the sandwiches and french fries. Had to wait for fries and they were brought to table without the sandwiches that had been made in another bag for quite some time .. could have been alittle cleaner but the Personal were very nice and friendly
