Rude, lazy, and liars. This location was open 24/7 tonight. Pulled up waited too long to be greeted, as if they would except me to drive away. Was told it was a 10-15min wait. I said no worries and received a huff n puff as a reply. Proceeded to tell me grill was down and I could only order food from the fryer. I again explained I was fine with the wait for the burger combo I wanted. He was aggravated and took my order. There was no wait at all, so grill being down was obviously a lie, why try and shew away customers. Also, did not receive my fries and not once did he speak a word to me. Not my first rude and unprofessional experience with this location.

This past Friday I stopped to eat at this McDonald's on my way home from work. I was one of 4 others in line inside the restaurant. There was one line open and the young lady at the register was talking with someone in front of her and it went on and on and on. I never did see any payment take place. The manager was watching her and said nothing. After way too long, the man in front of me and I walked out. She was still taking with the fellow when we left. This is not my first time getting poor service at this location. I have no time set to go back again.

11/15/2025 just left McDonald's and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. Lights on one gray car in parking lot with its lights one, a truck parked up front but couldn't see any workers

They’re fairly clean & the food and staff be on point but today this morning whoever was at the window didn’t want to be there she half made my Carmel iced coffee…all the cream and coffee was separate and she used Carmel instead of Carmel syrup which ruined the drink it was poorly made and tasted extremely bitter

Ordered before I left the house so my kids wouldn't be late for school... still had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be ready after I arrived. The food was cold so it was obviously ready and just sitting in the window. I now remember why we usually go to the Starbucks next door for breakfast so we'll just do that from now on

The service was unacceptably slow. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. Get to intercom where they ask my mobile order number then I pull forward. Only to be told at the window I need to drive back around because the pseudo manager was intelligent enough to use her computer and didn’t know how to obtain a large fry. Very rude. Clearly was undertrained on her position. Red headed white woman with rotting teeth.

Wow! McDonald's is really going downhill. Prices have gone up. Extra $1
For OJ, and they can't fill cup? They don't even put napkins out. I find this to be un cool. Charging more for less. The workers want higher wages, but at the same time, half of them can not accurately perform their job descriptions now. How do you ask for more while doing less. The food, though, looks and tastes fantastic.

Every time I come here they forget part of my order. Every. Single. Time. It’s almost impressive at this point. I once ordered through the app, got there, and they hit me with the classic “Oh, we don’t have that.” The girl told me she couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t give me a refund and directed me to the app’s customer service. Honestly, I don’t even know why I keep coming back. Sundaes are good though I guess.
