I asked for my food to be made fresh and they put it in the microwave. My bread was very hard and I am pissed. They act like they couldn't hear me on the phone. I called 10+ times. I told her I was driving on the highway so she made sure she waited bout 15 mins. to say she can hear me. He'll by that time I was hitting High Point. She ( Laura) i think that's her name, well it starts with a L, anywhere, she gonna ask me to turn around and come back after 15- 20 mins. He'll no, I wasn't turning around. She was very unprofessional, nasty attitude, and don't care about the custers. All she had to say when I first called to bring it back, I would have gladly turned around, but, she waits til I'm hitting High Point. All I could say is WOW! Won't be going back there anymore

The establishment charged my card three times for one order. The employee stated my mobile order would be refunded however the ended up charging my account 3 times.

I got a couple of milkshakes for the kids. Both milkshakes were wrong, wrong flavors and size. I went inside asked them for the milkshake I ordered. I showed her the receipt. She proceeded to angrily tell me that she is going to have to throw out the 2 milkshakes that were wrong and that is going to drive up food cost and that I should go inside next time and not order milkshakes through the drive through. I don’t have a problem ordering milkshakes inside if that is how McDonald’s does milkshake. There is no signs on the drive though saying that customers should order milkshakes inside. I don’t know if corporate is getting on their employees about food cost being up. But, it’s not the customers fault. I had the receipt with the correct order on the receipt. It wasn’t my fault that the wrong milkshake was made. I don’t think that it’s an unfair ask for a costumer to go inside and kindly explain that a mistake happened and ask for the employee to fix their mistake.
To be met with this angry response was completely uncalled for.

Showed up at midnight after a movie not expecting much in the way of service, but the person at the window was so friendly and helpful! Couldn’t find where to order a cup of water on the app, and they ended up just giving me one at the window after I explained the issue. Kind and easy going staff to the point I felt the need to leave a review, also tossed in some fries that I assume someone never picked up but who cares. Would leave 6 stars if I could, shoutout to the team member with the blue shirt and glasses!!!

To the woman that threw sweet and sour sauce at my husband through the drive through window, I sincerely hope we were the last ones this happened to. We were very nice and polite and asked for sweet and sour sauce. When she rudely said “no” we offered to pay and she said that they could not take payments and the second window. When my husband said “okay, thank you” & proceeded to drive off, she threw the sauce at our car. I have NEVER experienced such rude behavior from anyone ever before. We have contacted corporate in hopes that this does not happen to anyone else.
