I have been coming to this restaurant since the 1980's and also worked here in the 1980's and after yesterday's food poisoning, I will not be back , I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a large fry and a large coke and a little while after eating my meal, Became Nauseated and Went into my Bathroom and Threw it AllUp, I am Done and will not be back to any Mcdonalds in my Lifetime.,

Currently sitting in the drive thru and they have already closed everything up inside and leaned chairs against the table. Two employees sitting at a table and had the audacity to look at me and just look back down and keep talking.
8:40pm and they’re supposed to have the dining room open until 11pm. Was trying to go inside to make it easier on me due to the app kept closing. Went to one door and it was locked, walked to the other door and yepp…. LOCKED!!! What the absolute you know what? No signage stating the dining room is closed or anything and no reason it should’ve been closed anyway.
Brand new and they’re keeping it closed inside so they don’t have to serve or keep it clean in between customers. Where’s the manager when this is happening? If the manager is letting this slide then this is ridiculous and the General Manager absolutely needs to do something.
Plenty of people that don’t have vehicles, or possibly can’t go through the drive thru and they’re essentially denying them service. Such a terrible thing. Plus some people just want to sit down and enjoy their meal…

Was trying to buy some French fries and it was closed, even though they have a sign about open until 11pm, when I order the food on the driveway, they told me to wait on the side just for freaken large fries, yes that was all the order. Terrible man this Mc D just went to hell

I was witness to someone bringing back a sandwich they were given through the drive-thru window that had been partially eaten. While I was there, multiple people were having their orders fixed from mixed up items. Meanwhile, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes waiting for just 2 cheeseburgers and a fish filet plus chicken nuggets.

Got 2 $5 meal deals and upgraded the drinks to Carmel ice coffees. First the coffee didn’t have extra Carmel i paid for extra) I had to ask for more then got home the fries were cold and too salty and they didn’t give me the dipping sauces for my nuggets.

I travel a lot so fast food is a necessary evil. I dont have high expectations, but the 15 minute wait for cold food and the flippant nonchalent response when i complained sealed it. Avoid this place unless you have zero expectations

Great place and great staff! They almost never get my order wrong even if it's a bit complex.
However, management needs to hire more help. Almost no kitchen staff in there to the point no one is ever at the register the past few months. The employees work hard so its not their fault.
Mc Donalds prices are x3 higher which is absurd, there is no reason you cant hire a few more kitchen staff when i see these prices.

Simple order how could it go wrong? Let me see iced coffee tasted stale and burned. Extra cream and sugar was non existent. Associate was out by dumpster smoking as she was arguing with her boyfriend on the phone sounding like a sailor on shore leave.
