I went here 3/9 @around 9:45 and they got my order wrong and my mcflurries were melted.

For starters, they have ruined the parking lot. For this visit we decided to go inside. The young attendant at the register didn't ring up my breakfast wrap combo. He rang up only one burrito and the other items separate, which charged me more and left out one of my sons burritos. He had to get help because he couldn't figure out how to ring up a mcmuffin without any egg. And he never gave us our cup. My son ran up to grab our order and didn't get a cup then. I tried to get the attention of 4 employees before the young cashier finally answered. When we finally sat down with our food, another employee came to clean the table next to us and sprayed the cleaner towards and onto our table. Luckily, I was able to wrap my food back up before it was too late.

The only reason I went inside McDonald's was because I couldn't get to my favorites, and it's not so much as McDonald's food is terrible actually the fries fresh out of the grease is my only favorite, the young people who fix your food order is the reason I only trust the fries remember coming straight up out of hot grease. I am old school they were the best cooks many are dead and gone now so the old school cooking techniques is only know by a few of the younger generation. I was inside a friend's home she wanted to cook me a meal, she asked me how long do you boil water before you cook it. I got afraid of her culinary skills and said take care see you later.

Slow taking your order, one line always moves faster than the other, 4 cars place their order before the other lane moves. Also at times it could take you 15min to place and get your order with only a couple cars ahead of you.
The food was ready fairly quick and the valley was really sweet...I normally don't eat fast food but I enjoyed my big Mac combo today. Also hash no problems redeeming my mobile coupon.Parking: No problem finding parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes by the front door.

There is no consistency with management. Only one manager does her job and is constantly apologizing daily for staff issues. My last five on line or app orders were wrong. When I came into the restaurant to address it, the staff always behaved as if I were bothering them or it’s my fault. I drive all the way to the McDonalds in Rural Hall or Reynolda Rd. where the staff is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and my food is never wrong.

This location has ample parking, the double cheeseburger and fish sandwich were hot and delicious, the fries were lukewarm but the sweet tea was amazing! I highly recommend this McDonald's! ?
