Mellow Mushroom Winston-Salem

I believe a business should have lots best and brightest out front. MM has that with Sebastian. Very friendly and polite; engaged BG and helpful, Sebastian made a good visit even better.
I ordered more than I needed, knowing I will be eating it for days to come.
This is only my 3rd visit ever to MM, but the 2nd in a week.
I ordered the Merry Prankster. In all honesty, it is the best pizza I have ever tasted. The chicken is very tender and the sauce is out of this world.
The Pepperoni Mellow Rolls with a pesto dipping sauce is a meal by itself.
I have been downtown W-S for 16+ months and finally went to MM. Seems like I’ve squandered opportunities.
Outside seating for those interested. Inside seating for the others. Always good music playing.
The great staff make all of it better.

There pizza 🍕 😋 is a hit every time

This is the second MM we've been too this year and they've both been barely mediocre. The staff has been fine, but the pizzas seem to be missing something (like flavor)

Came here a few times, they’re always super accommodating to me and my dog. The last time I ate here I sat outside, and a man began to harass me. My waiter, Ash noticed, and went and got the manager. Thank you so much to these two for making sure I was alright. The food was great, service was great, always super kind!!

Sat at the bar...had a meat lover's style pizza...my friend had a vegan pizza. No complaints on the pizza. I also had a Moody Tounge Aperitif Pilsner. Not bad, just a bit of a Budweiser finish, instead of the skunkiness of a German Pilsner. My only suggestion, more German Style Pilsner options.

Lots of good taps and excellent pizza.

Still a winner in 2025! I'd like to see a few more dark beers on tap though. Stout season is year round! Pretty please? MOAR DARK BEERS. Even in the summer. Pls.
