Absolutely delicious tea lattes and an amazing selections of flavors. It's rare to find a coffee shop with both rose and lavender flavors! The cashier is incredibly polite and put a smile on my face. Excellent beverage house in Winston.

When first arriving, one may not expect "much". But upon entering, you are in an inviting atmosphere. The coffee is good and the scones are delicious. Overall a very nice experience.

Melrose coffee staff were super friendly and welcoming, the coffee and baked goods are artisanal and delicious, a definite stop if you’re new to the area or just passing through.

Roaches!!!!!
Ive never left a review but this place was disappointing and disgusting. When I walked in it looked cute and the staff were sweet. While I waited I looked around and I saw roaches on the walls! Safe to say I didn’t drink the coffee. Visit at your own risk.

This place is waaay cool. Great coffee and atmosphere.
But note to the owner/manager, it smells awful in here. It smells like a salon; color and perm developer specifically, maybe it's just the one time but it's pretty horrid. 5 stars with the note bc smells are fixable, but it gave me an instant headache. ? Otherwise I wish there were more shops like this out there, this place is just awesome.

Welcomed by a kind, warm barista and a beautiful interior! Loved the menu variety and our drinks were made perfectly. The iced americano was strong and whatever beans they use had really rich flavor. The iced blueberry lavender latte with 5/10 sweetness was amazing! This was a stop for us on a road trip but would make this a frequent spot if we were local. Comfortable seating inside too!

Went on a Sunday since everyone was closed right before church and I would never regret it! The owner was on the espresso bar and was very knowledgeable on what I wanted and very personable. Hardly any foot traffic inside but I'm sure that will change very soon!
Parking: The parking lot is extremely elevated. If you are handicapped I would be very careful coming in and out of the car/store.

This is a great little coffee spot!! Have had numerous work meetings/get togethers here. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Coffee is delicious as well as the pastries. Haven't had the wine yet but, I'm sure it is great as well!
