Wonderful experience for Sunday brunch to celebrate birthday. Food was excellent and service very attentive.

We eat here frequently. The food is delicious. Various choices and prepared as requested. This was a birthday celebration. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Because it was a special occasion, we brought a special dessert. Our server brought us additional plates, a lighter to light the birthday candle, and forks for those of us who forgot to keep one. This is one of the best restaurants in Winston Salem.

We had a wonderful experience. Kylie was terrific. She recognized our friend's birthday and was very helpful w menus choices for us. She refilled our waters, she checked on us & was so very helpful!! It was a terrific experience and we all were extremely pleased with Kylie, the food and the establishment!! Thank you so much!!!

Always have a wonderful meal when I eat here. Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat in Winston.

Disappointed that it was our 30th anniversary and it wasn't acknowledged. The food and service was just fair.

Visited this restaurant after PRO TENNIS in Winston Salem- recommended by 2 different individuals. POT ROAST was EXCELLENT, FRIED OYSTER SALAD EXELLENT & so was the SHRIMP SALAD. Would return next time in Winston Salem.

Homey atmosphere, wonderful and attentive waitstaff, the menu selections were nicely unusual and there seemed to be no issue with substitutions. The only issue for me was that there was only one vegetarian/vegan item in the entree section. It was delicious though; a pairing of black rice with beautifully roasted vegetables.

Date night at Milner's did not disappoint! Fried green tomatoes, she crab soup, the salmon and the grouper were delicious. Service was excellent and we enjoyed live Jazz music coming from the bar.

The food is delicious, absolutely so good. Some of the best food in Winston Salem! The price is high though. The ambiance is weird, the art on the walls doesn't match the aesthetic. We went for our anniversary, it's probably a once or twice a year visit for us due to the price.

It's been a while since we've been. They've stepped up their game. I had the lamb. My wife had seafood. Both were well prepared and delicious. Our server, Lisa, knew the menu., gave great service, and made our evening exceptional. We highly recommend this dining experience.

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful time! The food and the service were amazing. We will be going back again soon for sure!

We reserved a table for 8 in celebration of birthdays. We ended our day adventures a little earlier than expected and the staff was so gracious in accommodating us an hour early. The choices were excellent. The service was superb. The meals were fantastic. Our friends from Queens throughly enjoyed the meal.

Our first time dining here. Trent our server was awesome, and the food and wine were excellent!

Table was ready on time, service efficient and courteous and food was excellent. (I had the meatloaf and it was great).
